The receptionist was rude ., moisturiser provided was expired .., breakfast was also average No proper lighting in the room

A great feeling after my stay of 4 days. Neat and cozy rooms with great food and courteous service . Though far away from city but well connected with water metro just 4.5 kms and also Ola and uber . Staff courteous but need to guide guests with local network. . Will come back again

This is a great place to stay, with well-maintained facilities and good interior design. The rooms are comfortable and the food is excellent.

Beautiful location, shame about the hotel. Curtains are dirty, intercom dead, doors jammed, and toilets wobble like drunk chairs. No phone signal (peaceful, sure), but Wi-Fi also gives up after midnight. Restaurant served cold tea, forgot water, and half the menu was “only for dinner.” Room service delivered dinner in three episodes — food, then plates, then spoons. TV doesn’t work, rooms reek of perfume, and the staff range from polite to weirdly rude. Lovely scenery, decent property, but overall? Looks nice from the outside, falls apart once you check in.

Rooms are not clean ,A/C is not working, there is mosquito bites 🥲

I asked for another room because I smoked in the washroom smell came out .. they haven't mentioned me that its a non smoking room . they told me that no rooms again I paid and booked another room to sleep. sleep is very important for me as im a strokes patient.

As always, best of the bunch in Cochin. Would love to stay over again! Tis has been over go to place while visiting Cochin and always will be!!

No room boys. Not enough hot water. Cold coeffee. Only one tooth brush.

I had a really good experience staying here.The room was quite spacious and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. The food was tasty, with a decent variety each day. Everything was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, I felt it was a great value for money and would happily come back or recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from the window was stunning. Room service was prompt and courteous. The bathroom was modern and spotless. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay that exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

The hotel rooms are well maintained. The kitchen menu had a variety of dishes. The food taste was very good. Hospitality of the staff was superb making our stay a very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to kakkanad, cochin. The next time we are there looking for a stay, we would directly go for the blooms, cochin

Hotel was good but food is not good I stayed for 4 days but they have have same menue for everyday for breakfast and dinner.

average room service , poor car parking, they need to improve their hospitality with the customers.
