Excellent rooms and cooperative staff. Also in a very central location nearby to Railway Station and Airport

The hotel appearance and location is good and easily approachable. The staff is courteous and efficient.The food, especially the breakfast options are very good.However the bathroom fittings can be better. In one of the rooms we stayed, the bathroon door was not getting latched and in another, the shower was not good. Overall, the hotel experience was good..

Stay at Central Residency was very comfortable. It is very near to Central Railway station and easy access to the property. Food was excellent especially the complementary Breakfast. Staffs also very friendly . Really enjoyed the stay at hotel.

I had a night halt at this hotel and found the overall experience pleasant—the reservation through Make My Trip was simple and hassle-free, the curd rice I ordered was served with lime pickle and pappadum in a quantity sufficient for two people, and the staff at both the reception and room service were very cordial and attentive, making the stay comfortable and satisfactory.

The stay in Central residency was good .right on the road side and pretty safe for solo women traveller's.the restaurant serves fresh food .the washrooms are small so its a tight fit .otherwise the stay was pleasant and uneventful

Excellent for Buisness travel. Close to major landmarks. Room Dinning and Morning Buffet are quite decent though limited spread. Overall Good and peaceful stay

one of the finest in Trivandrum Kerala. Well appointed rooms with clean and neat beds, coffee maker, fresh washed Towels and accessories. you have plenty of space in-room with working table, teapoy and a good sofa Installed near the window. It was a pleasant stay and I recommend doe next stay. what a beautiful restaurant, so spacious and good menu options.. buffet BF was very nice and filled goodies and with courteous staff. Food was neatly planned with many dishes which you never wanted to miss..

Overall good, near to all the places and good accommodation
