I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Karol Bagh Metro Station. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room, which was spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the front office staff (sorry, I forgot his name) was extremely polite and professional. Special thanks to Baban from Room Service — he was excellent and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The food and service were both top-notch. Overall, it’s one of the best places to stay in Karol Bagh — great location, great hospitality, and great value for money!

Worst Hotel Stay Experience @ Delh

I reached there at 10 15 pm, the reception guy told me that the room not available with him, and he give an offer that,he will give free upgrade and after that he arrange an another hotel room,just opp of this hotel. that room was very old and not maintained cleanliness..... Due to the untime and urgency I have accepted that option and stay in that hotel. The AC was not performing / Non hygiene toilet/ The bed also smells bad... overall it was my worst hotel stay experience........ I never expected this.
