Food is very bad / very stale chicken Even a coffee was cold Bathroom flush was under repair

The hotel is good at hospitality,food served,cleanliness except reception staff , we do expect a little more professional dealings. Parking provided in the basement is of poor quality once parked, it's very difficult to take out.There's no children play area or there's nothing available for lissure time activities.

Didnot like the behaviour of the Front Office personnel. The lady in the front desk bluntly denied to send the urgent Medicine for my daughter which was delivered by the Tata 1 mg personnel. Requested many times but refused. Food was horrible. Had to remind the House Keeping staff for dental kit & others

The Elanza hotel is centrally located very close all the happening places on Brigade Road and Church street. They have interconnected rooms available for families and the breakfast is simple but tasty. Food is excellent and the service too is very good. The major drawback of this hotel is the patchy Wi-Fi and poor range of all cellular networks inside the hotel premises. If you plan on working while staying, it’s better to stay elsewhere. Except for this I would rate it 4/5

Neat and clean rooms, good quality is very good..overall experience is wonderful

Hotel rooms are small, service was very bad, no bath towels were provided and upon multiple times asked they provided after one hour. No one pick up phone at reception.

Good staff coordination by the hotel staffs for both the days. Also food is good and rooms are neatly maintained

room access doesn't work I need to wait every time for a room boy to help, bathroom doors broken, lazy room boys. not the worth for the price paid... checkin checkout time is also weird... overall bad experience
