The Fern Residency Amritsar

Breakfast was too good and overall the room was also good rest nothing to say the hospitality was also good

Room was small. Not much parking space our car was parked on road side for whole night. When asked to refill tea bags because we were 2 pax they brought only 2 tea bags which was very annoying. Location was good, not so far from Golden temple. Staff was polite.

I have booked the Room with the Breakfast even paid the amount for it but still even after paying the amount my room was booked without Breakfast and their was no information to the hotel regarding this.

Stay was very comfortable. Food is good. Staff is very courteous, specially Mr. Vishwa was very helpful.

Excellent service and stay at the hotel. Food was excellent and room service was always on time. The best part is that water was available 24 by 7. Food was awesome.

Service is very slow , order butter toast whicha came very late and came on toast no butter . Butter came after 15 mms after we finished bread . Service guys told he will give 2 fresh breads Which never came .

Found through Company contacts, Location is Good , Food is good but breakfast options are limited. Room was very compactable without table and chair. Service is very slow, multiple time request on phone to provide the chair and change the bed sheets but staff was busy in another work. On last movement i try to got the chair it self to attend my official meeting but one staff member provided.

the hotel is situated at good location. the staff was quite helpful. the checkin procedure was smooth.

Room size & view was ok. Air-conditioning may be improved. Food was good. swimming pool was good. Hotel is located on prime location of Amritsar.

Bathroom shower handle was not working. Air conditioner stop working midnight.

The room was in pathetic shape. Intercom wasn't working, washroom door was dysfunctional, curtains on the washroom glass windows were missing, exposing the person taking bath. Neither would I recommend this property to anyone nor will I use it in future. Very bad experience.
