The Fern Residency Karad

Need to improve on the food quality and rooms needs refurbishment We are very happy with staff’s prompt service and hospitality

Overall the hotel is perfect stay for family with all the amenities. The rooms are very clean and service is very prompt. Best part here is the pool side dining which they have newly opened and with wide range of menu, the food is too good. The only concern here was the swimming pool which was not atal clean, as the surrounding areas are having farms hence many insects and rodents are lying in the pool. Also the water was not clean and inspite of telling the manager about it the main filtration pumping was not started in the pool.

Average but no one was there to pick up the luggage so it was average

it was ok wasn't much fun .. as per their standards it wasn't that great but then ok just for a night stay but not very posh

Although Complementary late checkout was mentioned in booking, hotel denied to provide initially. After debate agreed to provide. No welcome drink served on arrival. When asked staff said it will be served in Room but didn't serve

Breakfast closed before time on 10:20am No enough breakfast (Finished IDLI,Upma, chicken barbecue) I will pay 3500 and get the room as a lodge.

The location is very convenient for the tourists and business persons travelling by road. The property has the FERN brand and the food was very delicious. The room was maintained very well and I could have complete rest after a hectic day of business travel.

Not worth if you looking for a decent, neat and clean property. It lacks even in basic amenities and housekeeping is much wanted. The interiors give impression of any very average hotel.
