The Grand Sharan

The hotel is very near to Railway station and rooms were neat and clean. Good wifi. Decent breakfast, can't complain much. Staff was very supportive and helpful. Overall pleasant stay.

A great stay, amenities were all good

Staff need to be more active, informed for room cleaning which was not done, I had asked for drop as a part of package which was also not organized, HK team is good.

Excellent from my point of view, Staff was very cooperative and Free taxi service till Ban Ganga. Travellers should try this hotel as we got a good deal.

Decent Room, service is good. The restaurant is also neat & north indian food is tasty. South Indian food taste has to be improved

Staff was great

Hotel was good in all. However we faced hot water problem. Called technician everytime we required to use. Else everything was good overall. Staff was cooperative and prompt. Breakfast was good in taste and hygiene. Can recommend.

“I had an amazing stay at The Grand Sharan Hotel! The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. The location is perfect—close to the railway station and the complimentary pick-up and drop to Banganga made the Vaishno Devi trip so much easier. The food at the restaurant was delicious with great variety. Overall, a wonderful experience and truly value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Katra!”

The Staff was friendly and helpful . Pick-up and Drop service was very nice . They came to pick us up at 1:30 AM after we completed our Yatra .

The stay and service were very good but the food was not good at all.

The hotel was at an excellent location just on the Railway Road and a few metres away from the main Katra Bazar. The property was neat and clean and the rooms were clean, and the toilets were also clean. Overall experience was great. The room service was okay and the staff was really friendly, no complaints.

The staff was courteous everything was good but not upto the standards of 4 star Hotel. The Star rating should be 2 star plus, so that guest can set expectations accordingly.

I had a comfortable stay, room was spotless clean and staff was helpful.
