Great service, location is good, rooms are very comfortable and clean with all their services and reception.

The service, room and other amenities are top notch. Had a short stay of just one night but had the best experience in Delhi, just like the one you experience when you stay at a much bigger brand like Taj or Hyatt. Worth every penny spent. Thank you for the utmost comfort and experience! I will definitely visit again!

its not a 5star .... 4 star at the most or I should say 3 star premium.... rooms are small... restaurant n bar opens after 7... nothing premium... this hotel is running on foreign travel agents

We stayed at The Metropolitan on a family holiday. We found the location excellent for us to go around. Well connected to most areas. The stay was comfortable. Staff courteous and the food good! A little more care may be taken in room and toilet cleaning maybe.

It’s conveniently located near Cannaught place. Serves excellent breakfast. Rooms are little cramped but amenities are adequate. Reception and restaurant is polite and prompt. It takes just 40 minutes by cab to reach airport.

Staff was not courteous. While entering the hotel I had to scan luggae myself even through staff was standing there. Food options were very limited. During dinner when some item was ordered, it was refused. Room was good. And clean.
