Tivoli Garden Resort

My room lights went off midnight i called 4-5 times then after 1 hour it came back , there were no apologies nothing about that

The location and ambience of the property is good but there were few things I wasn’t happy with: 1. Room wasn’t ready by the checkin time. 2. The food I ordered there wasn’t up to the mark. 3. The room walls needed repaint. 4. Bathrobes weren’t available which made the pool somewhat inaccessible.

Excellent stay. The property has a great location, clean and comfortable rooms, good facilities and tasty food. Staff was helpful and overall experience was wonderful.

Kabhi bhi mat jana. Koi service nahi. Ac kharab hai. TV recharge nahi karte. Thik karne ke liye bolo to jagda karte hai

Okayish trip repetitive menu Good taste staff is helpful nature Pool is the only attraction which they dont clean its open only from 8Am to 6PM Taxi availability is tough and its far from city

Property, Food, location all were very good but the service provided by the management team and staff of resort was very disappointing. Instead of several requests things were not concluded by the staff. Rest experience was good.

Pathetic no ac no water no ird taking calls, need refund had to checkout in 2 hours very poor response called 10 times no response only interested in weddings guest! Pay back escalate this to owner Ishan Gupta

The service was average as there was a wedding there One if the lift was not working The food was good Swimming pool was not cleaned Room was also ok

AC working too low entertainment like TV not working poor. Food quality was poor fridge was not working very bad experience to stay

Very nice and cleaned rooms will visit soon again and will refers my friends to take a stay here

best stapp behaviour everthing is best but the extra charge for the room early check in is differ from the price told on call

Location, rooms & foods are good. This resort is beside one hindu temple. So connectivity is also good. They shod provide more options for jain foods. It was there but limited.

they charged 1000 for checkin at 10.45 am. my stay was only for Day use. check out was at 4 pm.same day. bed sheets were stained and blanket cover was also stained. Room was small for 3 persons . Extra towel for 3 persons not provided extra bottle for , 3 and extra coffee/ tea bags were not given for 3 rd person.
