The food and location was nice but there was construction going on 6th floor and my room was on 5th. There were drilling noises all day and they were even setting up heavy stones at night 1am. I had to call 3 times to get it stopped

The property’s location and food were good, However there was some construction going on and there were drilling noises all day. There was some construction going on the 6th floor if they were planning to schedule some fixing then they should not have allowed the booking. In fact they were setting up the heavy stuff at 1 at night. I had to call them 3 times at night to make it stop because my mother was unwell and needed to sleep.

Very poor management
This hotel has so much mismanagement that an stranger opened my rooms door with his keys and came inside in night (3 am) He got allotted the same room and activated key card No facilities Delayed service Smelling rooms Worst experience After telling them about the incident they ignored it

We stayed from the 2nd to the 6th of November, and our overall experience was truly excellent. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, the food was delicious, and the room service was quick and responsive—even during late hours. A big thanks to the housekeeping team as well for being so active and attentive throughout our stay. However, I would like to highlight a few areas for improvement. Some of the amenities that were promoted were missing during our stay. For example, the suite room did not have a fridge or toiletries, which were available in lower-category rooms. These were provided upon request, but it would have been better if they were arranged beforehand. We also faced some issues with hot water and had to contact the reception multiple times, where the response could have been more polite.

Nice hotel with all required facilities nice spacious rooms delicious breakfast overall great experience something to improve are- - bathroom fittings are older and taps do not work properly - location is not very happening

Terrible Stay
I recently stayed at Vesta Maurya Palace and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room and bathroom were in poor condition, which did not meet my expectations. The room was uncomfortable and not well-maintained, and the bathroom was particularly bad, lacking cleanliness. Additionally, I found the staff to be unhelpful and uncooperative, which made the overall experience even more frustrating. It felt as though there was a lack of customer care, which is essential when staying at any hotel. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience and would suggest they focus on improving their facilities, basic training and staff training.
