The hotel general area is good. Very green. But the management and rooms are really bad. I booked a deluxe room and the room I got was so bad that even a homestay would not offer me.they told me this is premium room which was listed as Deluxe. . And then after complaining, they gave us a cottage room where I found a frog in the bathroom. Not recommended. Even the room service was non existent or extremely slow as there was a big group staying at the same time as us. I would not recommend unless you are desperate.

Firstly when I checked in they gave me stinky room out of which when I asked them it’s stinky they told me that they will spray room freshener until I stay there . I went with my 7 month old baby and can’t take risk to keep her 24/7 .......... then they instead of shifting me to other room of same price or something they forced me to upgrade by paying more money to their hut houses ... I paid that also for my baby health ..... then I placed an order for coffee sache and mugs it took them an hour to bring that too when I only went and asked in the kitchen .... overall not a friendly property at all .... pool was dirty
