Stayed for 3 days
Staff is helpful and polite. They should focus on cleanliness of bed sheet and pillow covers. The buffet options were limited. Also, lift waiting time was high.

It was a pretty good room, quiet and easy to move in. Prime place like gym and mall are all near. Nice stay.

It was a good experience. This time due to some technical issues, wifi and AC wasn’t working but rest everything was fine. Staff was also nice and polite.

very bad experience the hotel didn't had any electricity when we arrived so in the middle of the night we had to go on the hunt for new hotel , so I asked for my money back and even their customer service is bad it didn't help at all.

We booked 6 rooms for 9 persons for 4 nights, we checked in on 29th October. On the second day their was some issue and the power was cut off, the Acs didn’t work and we cannot open the windows due to mosquitoes. The hotel staff has misguided and lied from the start, they said power will be restored within 30 mins but it never did. We somehow managed the second day but again their was no power on third day with no water, no towels or Power. We had such a terrible experience , so we decided to checkout on the third day without completing our paid nights, Even after following up they only agree to pay back only for one night whereas we paid 2 days for the new Hotel.

Terrible and frightening experience We had a fire due to an electrical short circuit. Smoke filled corridor at midnight. Sprinkler and alarm systems didn't work. Atrocious.

Bed Hotel, not deserve
This is not a 4 start hotel, (GuestHouse), The service is very very bed, staff very rude behavior, even in washroom no shop, towel, and condition of WR just like corporation washroom. TV is there but no any channel operated. Intercom also not properly working. I strongly suggest think before stay.
