the place was comfortable to stay and the people were really nice

The property location is good and close to Batasia Loop, but my stay experience was disappointing. I had booked a Female Dorm via MakeMyTrip, but on arrival was denied check-in and shifted to another room. Later I was asked to check out before my booking ended, which caused a lot of inconvenience and stress. Facilities were basic, and management needs to be more transparent and professional with guests.

Property is really good..the caretaker Mr Pandey and the kitchen aunty are the highlight...they make you feel home

The best part of the hostel was spent with the host who is Prakash bhai, he gave me a lot of fun

The location and view are brilliant for any solo traveller looking for some peace and quiet. The service and customer satisfaction are a top priority for owner and staff. They take good care of you. :) will recommend.

Stay location is little bit off to city. They also need to do some renovations to make it look better, it felt like it was old property. The staff were cooperative and provided good support.

Humble and helpful staff (Nima Mam) Hospitality was good. Overall a very good experience. Suggestion- There should be a mirror in the bedroom.

It was a pleasant stay. The property was easy to locate. Place is located in a noise free environment. Staff was good and friendly. Local dishes were amazing.

It was a very comfortable stay. The rooms were super tidy and even the staff was very helpful and jolly. They guided us to the room and answered all our queries calmly. The view was also very nice and the place is also not far from the touristy places.

It was my bad to book this hostel for a stay. These people took my booking somewhere else and the property which i booked was somewhere else 3 kms away. There was 0 hospitality, they denied about complimentary breakfast, smoking wasn't allowed inside the room, the washroom was dirty and they even didn't provide a towel for free. I'm very kucj disappointed and want immediate action on the same.
