Pleasant stay. Food was not very reliable but the views were great. Host is nice and helpful. Best to have a day long cab as it’s away from the main city.

3.5 out of 5, scope of improvement is service. Rest is fine

Property location was good, but lack amenities and basic things. No cleaning was done on the second day, cuterlery were always short in the property. breakfast was poor sambar and chutney was watery. Dinner non veg was good while veg was always opposite. veg menu was big but everytime items were not available. location was very good, away from town and views were nice. Care taker of the property was very nice and caring. well if property can improve on the service .

We had a wonderful stay at the resort with our family! The location is absolutely beautiful, with a serene atmosphere and a breathtaking view right from our room. The tap water quality is very poor, and it’s not safe to drink. The rooms have water heaters inside, which doesn’t seem safe for heating water. The cleanliness also needs improvement. Additionally, the breakfast provided is not worth the charged – definitely not good value for money.

Poor quality of water means what sir! That is well water sir, Pure water for bath. And for drink we have drinking water separately.. And what is the problem with inside water heater! It’s quite normal. Breakfast charges depends on your menu sir.. The problem is we need verity’s but not much charges.. Anyway thanks for your feedback sir..

You are not came in month February or March sir.. May month is a season, so seasonal price only we gave, For that price our property is more valuable compared to others.. Please go and check with other people also on that date.. And home made food only we are providing here, here we don’t use any masala items for taste for healthcare purposes.. Anyway thanks for your valuable review sir..😊

The stay was very comfortable and the property location is just between the tea farm. We like the hospitality of ramesh who took care of us very well. Rooms was clean and view from balcony was amazing. We really enjoyed our stat there.
