familyNot a hotel but its a farmhouse like property. Rooms are small sized. Bed is also small price is very much compared to amenities. Even mineral water bottles are provided charging 30 rs each whiwas surprising as very basic hotels provide complementary packaged water bottles. Extra mattress charged for 500- which was very small to accommodate single person. No tv in room. Caretaker was very humble and helpful food you have to order from zomato. Overall location is good but in remote place from city

Terrible in cleanliness and service

The room and bathroom was full of ants. The towels were dirty, the house help was not at all helpful, we asked for a match box light candles and that even was not available in the resort.

Awesome stay in farm house

soloThe place is located on the bank of tunga bhadra river which flows from the tungabhadra dam. The dam gates view from the farm stay is extrodinary. Rooms are surrounded with water and banana farm. Pets like ducks, dog and rabbits are available to see there. There is a natural water flowing inside the farm from the dam awesome to take a bath and play.

Highly recommended. Host is very responsive and location is neat and clean. Tb dam is visible from location and hampi is 30mins ride food can be ordered to the host. Safe for families and kids.

3 - average. The farmstay gives scenic experience as promised but no access to tea, breakfast or other meals. These have to be bought from outside eateries and take a long time to reach the guest. Tea is made on the property but also takes a long time to come even in the morning. Not good with respect to food availability at all!

Best stay with kids

With sat-her and sandeep managing farm and animals it's a pleasure for kids. Farm is green and watered well. Entry to space is cool. Hospitality of sandeep is excellent
