Spotlessly clean house and a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are clean with good fittings and great water pressure in the showers. The property is clean and is better than expected.

  The property is situated in a quiet, peaceful, and scenic area. The location is pretty cool with the beach just a 3km drive from there. The villa is close to one of the most beautiful beaches with powdery white sand. The villa is in a secure gated establishment. The neighborhood is quiet and rural with all the modern amenities. The view of paddy fields from the back balcony is wonderful. The property is in a fantastic location.

  The host is extremely responsive and keeps his place really neat and tidy. Sandeep gave us lots of good tips on restaurants in the neighborhood. Sandeep was a great host, very helpful, and always quick to respond to our queries before we booked the place and even during our stay. Sandeep is very supportive and offers good advice for first-timers to Goa on good eating joints and places to go to. Sandeep is an amazing host, just a phone call away for any help, and guided us really well with local transportation and places to visit. The host is an excellent company and is available next door.
