The flush wasn't working. Had to fill buckets each time to flush. It did not get fixed even after repeated complaints

Used Dirty pillow and Used Blanket Provide by Hotel staff. Hotel staff intering my Room with wearing Dirty Chappal. Restaurant Staff and Resort Management workers are Drinking Sharab ( Leaquer) infront of Guest Taking Dinner with family. it's Shocking and feel that time very unsafe Resort for Family. Hotel property was Very Good. Views Excellent. little bit Reaching Issue But it's ok For such a Good Location. Food is also very good. Restaurant Staff very carring and Responsible. overall Experience Avarage. only Big Issue is Hotel staff Drinking Alcohol infront of Family Guest at Dinner time. I was Raising issue writting Email to Himachal Tourism.

Room was good but room service is average and in room food is also average need to improve with their room service and food quality

The location is dangerous, not for inexperienced drivers and the staff was not willing to help despite calling them multiple times. The food was not satisfactory and the bathroom did not have a hairdryer and basic things like toothpaste and facewash. We are overall very disappointed.

Hotel is on cliff of mountain with beautiful view but room and pillow covers, sheet wasn’t clean.......

Location- it is at extreme different route, if you follow gps you would end up altogether to a different route jha se you can’t reach hotel but just see hotel dur se. So you end up calling hotel and then the staff would tell you the correct route. And ap traffic m stuck ho k mast 1-2 hours waste. Shouldn’t they tell in advance while booking or after booking please don’t follow gps we will guide you the correct location 2. View - i booked it because of lovely pictures of view, in real the outside area which is beautiful is occupied by the cars and used as parking area. Food - in breakfast buffet they had paranthas with curd not other option single bhi nhi. No pickle with paranthas and yeah of course french fries were the second option for a full breakfast meal. In morning i wanted to enjoy the balcony view or the outside sitting area view and tried to order tea/coffee. But the staff comes by 8:30 in morning so before that the area was dirty, kitchen was closed. Bs room m bethe rho. Only thing good was dinner good as in ok. Not to mention a staff person shikar who was incharge of breakfast was super rude. But rest of the staff was pretty good

Terrible, we found no one in reception when we reached and tried to contact but no one picked. Payment was already done but we had to stay in another hotel.

Stay was comfortable, views were amazing and kartik was kind enough to help us reach the location as we had a little difficulty finding the property.

Horrible experience, mm t too to be blamed. Had booked from 3rd feb 2024 for 3 nights but checked out very next day early morning. Since it was non refundable, lost money for 2 night stay. Though mr. Kartik offered us to shift to there sister conern hotel sky pie, but that hotel was no good. We later directly booked and checked into indraprastha hotel. Approach road to the hotel of around 2 to 3 kms is very scary and highly risky. One mistake and the vehicle can fall 20 to 30 feet down. I am sure mm t blindly listed the hotel and did not do any background checking. Mm t is playing with its clients life by listing high sky hotel. About the hotel: staff at reception is missing most of the time. None of the staff member is in uniform. Room has no heater, one has to pay rs. 500 per day for heater. Heaters are paid for at few hotels but that is when you want extra heater. Hot water is received from water store geyser, so after every bath another person can take bath only after 25/30 minutes of water heating. Food was ok ok but on very expensive side vise a vise the quantity of food served. And yes i was charged for heater but they refused to issue bill for the heater. I am sure the reception person mr. Kartik pocketed rs. 500 for the heater. Wifi kept disconnecting. Never book this hotel. I don't know why mm t is listing this kind of property?

All things are good like food stay but location is quite scary !no proper roads and road ends after that
