Highland Bristo

Hotel stay was good, but there was very much inconvenient for us when we reached to the Highland Bristo for check-in, as we reached to Wayanad at 4:30 am, we were new to that place, no response when we called to Highland Bristo manager for the guidance, sum how we reached after 2 hours of struggle, then very badly they refused for check in saying that no rooms are available. Really it was shocking to hear that, keeping the family and small kids where do we go till the availability of rooms. That was very bad response, in-spite of booking the Highland Bristo with full payment that to 5 days before only we had to face the accommodation problem. Which is what gives a trouble to the tourist custom, its my suggestion why can't you arrange the rooms at the necessary time?

Superior fittings, top notch rooms, friendly staff, good for families and bachelor's, super eateries, connectivity to all tourist attractions.
Superior fittings in bathrooms, toilets, super ventilated rooms, ample parking lot, nearest to many eateries, super fine rooms and friendly staff. Good for families too. Definitely will stay there again.

Unfortunately the heater was not working. It's our bad luck but fine place with jungle view at the back of the Highland Bristo from balcony. Nice one. Worth for the amount paid.

No food was available here, but delivery was arranged. Stay was really good.
