I booked deluxe room with kink size bed for 2 adult and 1 child. I get the small room with queen size room, I told the hotel manager , but Hotel person (manager) not help for that change. he said, " if it's your problem, then left and find another hotel" it's not good for costomer. very bad experience. hotel food is good, breakfast is also good.

It is a 2 bedroom appartment in 3 floor residential building. It is not a villa at all. Extremely bad location to stay. No heater available at the property. Basic amenities are also not available like - electric kettle in room. Table to eat inside the room. No shampoo in bathroom. Extremely scary and terrible service.

Its was a horrible and terrible stay in my entire live. Pls don’t call its as a villa. Its just four wall room with zero amenities n zero staff. Requesting you to remove this so called pathetic villa

Location of the Property is mesmerizing and peaceful away from the Choas. Best service provided to us and the best part was the Veg Home Fresh Food which they provided and also the Breakfast was awesome. Caretaker was very humble and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Highland Hilltop ! The host was very polite and friendly. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect—close to the Market and local attractions yet quiet enough for a restful night's sleep and not to forget the amazing view of Shillong city from the Balcony of the guest house. The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be back!
