It was nice stay and cooperative but breakfast were unavailable and water were in the room from window Also not lights were side on mirror I was on non smoking room still there were smell and also alcoholic smell were coming from cupboard

The resort location and room service are very good. Food is also nice, but non-veg dishes were disappointing as the chicken tasted stale and was not up to the mark. Also, there are not many activities to do in the resort

OK Stay

The Stay was ok. I would like to make some points 1. The Staff is ok. 2. They should improve the cleanliness of the Rooms and Passage Area. 3. Main Point is BreakFast , Their BreakFast Timing is 8 to 9.30 Morning. As I requested them a day earlier that I wanted Breakfast eearlier as I was to chek out due to my Train schedule and they said they will provide me by 7.30 am , but even after repeatedly telling them next morning they gave me breakfast by the same time i.e. 8 AM. Also here the Staff argued. 4. No Mosquito repellent provide even for Super Deluxe Room .

Very bad experience... Miscommunication between Hotel Management and MMT

Very bad experience by the mmt and Hotel (Highland-Lonavala) as well. Words are Mismatched. Lack of communication between mmt and Hotel Management. Booking showed confirmed but Hotel Management denied due to low rates booking. MMT booking cancelled and new booking done by the Hotel with High tarriff..
