Highland Resort

We went to lonavala to take a break from our day to day life and stayed at highland resort. It's a really nice Highland Resort and we loved the stay. Everything was good here. The staff were great at hospitality and we're available anytime you need something. We really liked the privacy and the room. The food is delicious. Apart from the breakfast we ordered dinner and lunch also and we're really happy to have the taste we expected. Cleanliness and hygiene was also proper in the overall resort. They also arranged vehicles for us whenever we asked. Full ratings.

The Highland Resort is good for families and staff is courteous. The room was well maintained and hygienic. The garden view was good from the room but there is no balcony, but otherwise quite decent. The amenities are adequate and reasonable. I liked the food part the most as there was a buffet for breakfast and dinner which tasted delicious and quite a variety of north and south indian food. The serving staff is excellent in attitude and service. The only thing which i did not like was the extra charges for checkout like 2k for five hours and the check-in and check-out times are different. Also, there is no special consideration for any additional requests and would prove costly by my experience. Nevertheless, overall it was a nice, comfortable and safe, recommended for a decent family stay

The resort is ok. The pros are fresh and tasty food, spacious and clean rooms, proximity to the railway station. The cons are for dental kit you will have to call them, hair dryer are not kept, kids playing area is not available. Moreover buffet will be available only when they have sufficient occupancy and then one has to bargain for even starters which is really disheartening. Walking and relaxing area is not available. They do not keep the chair for toddlers so it became difficult for us to feed the child in the restaurant. Overall stay is good since they acceded to most of our demands.

Visited here with group of 4. Rooms were neat and clean and well furnished. However staff did not follow any security safety checks none of temperature checks sanitizers were seen anywhere. Also food is very expensive when compared to its taste. Wifi was also not fully functional. Staffs have laidback attitude when ordered for simple hot water took 45 mins and told 2 3 numbers to dial into and order it and when order came water was not even hot. Overall place is great but staff and service needs to buckle up!

Excellent service given by the staff very good and very positive people you can ask what you want to make and they will make it for you that is a really good part of the service staff we will say restaurant is very nice rooms are very comfortable very clean washrooms is clean and location is also very good so that's a good part so i had excellent comfortable stay and really look forward to stay again in highland resort

The Highland Resort is located right in the heart of Lonavala. In front of Kumar water Park and wax museum. Food is good and not v costly. Rooms aren't as beautiful as shown in the pictures but are decent enough. The pool is small but okay for spending an hour. Approx 10kms from Karl a caves. Book quite some time ago because even though it's a decent place it's not Worth more amount.

Located exactly in the main town, easily accessible, clean rooms and linens, bathroom well-equipped and clean, 24/7 hot water supply, good food (I ate only non veg), their quantity of food served is more, it can serve 3 people, ample parking space, room service and housekeeping available anytime, overall good Highland Resort. I would prefer a comeback whenever I visit Lonavala.

This property is at walking distance from lonavala railway station. It's a much budget friendly Highland Resort. Great food. Personalized services. Courteous staff. Everything is accessible at walking distance. Dinner breakfast can be called from room or u can have buffet they have nice swimming pool, children pool & games room.

We visited recently to lonavala for vacation and stayed at highland resort. It was a good experience in relate to hospitality, co-operation of staff. Place is good for family stay. And mainly it is nereby market place, railway station even bus stop. Thanks for such a good experience.

Everything was perfect. Rooms, Highland Resort service, food, swimming pool all were clean and very well maintained. All the amenities were provided as shown on MakeMyTrip. Love to visit again.

The room was clean and good. The dinner was very delicious. You can stay for 1-2 days for lonavala. It's only 1 km away from lonavala station.

There was all the safety measures taken at Highland Resort highland and it was amazing experience to stay there. Location was also good in the centre of the city and services was good they took care of us and also there was peace at night

Highland Resort is situated at calm place and walking dist from main road. It is maintained clean and beautiful. Staff is polite and punctual. They offer good quality food. Enough parking is available. Indoor sports are also there. Room, toilet is clean and spacious.
