pros 1. Hospitality 2. Cleanliness 3. Ambience 4. Rooms are well equipped with all the required amenities Cons: 1. There is an in-house restaurant, which is too costly. For a buffet they charge 850 rs, which is not at all worth. People don't have other options, so forced to have it. 2. They have a smart Restaurant Manager. But they should understand there are customers who are smarter than their Restaurant Manager. What the guy did is, we went to restaurant and told him we don't want to have buffe instead we wish to order individual items. He said that's not possible, we should have the buffe. Then we went to room and tried to order from the room. Then it was possible to order individual items. From this, it was clear about the intention of the restaurant manager.He want to promote buffe instead of individual food items which will bring them more business. 3. Parking is arranged in 2 sides. There is security who monitors only one side. My car was kept on the other side. And when I came in the morning to take my car, a minor scratch happened.

The property location is excellent with beautiful view of hills and well maintained garden etc. Food : breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner menu has limited options but they prepare them well. Evening recreational activities were great with bonfire. Rooms needs a bit more improvement to have either ceiling fans or air conditioning especially in summers as it was hot inside the room. Table fans were provided but it wasn’t sufficient considering the price paid for booking this resort. House keeping needs to be a bit more dedicated in cleaning all rooms and bathrooms properly. For our stay, we had to remind them and the cleaning wasn’t great. This property is also used by various companies for their team outings. There’s no control on people just venturing out anywhere and partying on their own. Though we were not disturbed, it’s a must for property owners to have guards or security advise people regarding rules.

Opted for a one night stay here and i should say it was a well made decision. The property is lush green with stone cottages and very spacious rooms. We chose the suite which had a small living, a balcony facing the lawn and the room had a heater too. We had a easy check in thanks to the courteous staff at the reception. The restaurant staff and service is very prompt and let me give a heads up, the food quantity is good enough to fill 2 tummies and the taste is also very well upto mark. However, one thing about breakfast buffet is they don’t have eggs to order but only pure cooked omelettes or boiled eggs which was a slight let down for me. But other than that, it was also pretty decent spread. You can walk around the property a bit and enjoy the night around a campfire. Their indoor games are also good and well maintained. Overall, a very good stay and would recommend

We stayed for 2 nights and had a good time at hill country resort. It was a long weekend and kodaikanal as usual was too crowded. So we decided to just stay at the resort and relax. The best part about this resort is that you could afford to do that. Not many resorts in kodaikanal can boast abt the green space within their boundaries but hill country can. The location and the greenery helps give you the hill station feel within the resort. It's not just a concrete jungle like most other Green Pastures By Hill Countrys. They are slightly understaffed but are eager to help especially the manager. Food options are limited but delicious. Property is slightly old but well maintained. So the resort is not without shortcomings but they are trying their best to make up for it. Overall a pleasant relaxing break at green pastures.

Our stay at green pastures was delightful. The property is very nice, it's huge! the views of the valley and the hills are outstanding. They have a very big gaming room too with tt, carrom, ludo, etc. There are swings as well there if you're taking your kids there. Overall, the place is very good. The only concerning factor is absolutely no network. It becomes difficult to coordinate with the taxi drivers (though you can request the property to book it for you, but even if you want to call home to tell that you've reached safely you'll need to climb up, almost outside the property and then hope to get some signal. Also there was no one to take our orders at the coffee shop that they had there.

Resort is very good, greenery maintained very well. Staff is cordial and helpful. Games in the evening is refreshing after a day tour of sightseeing. However i suggest two things can be improved. 1. Reataurant has lot of house fly. If tables are cleaned soon after use by guest, this can be improved. 2. Resort being on hill side, requires climbing stairs for access to room or restaurant or any other facility. Climbing stairs multiple times in a day may be difficult for seniors or people with knee heart problems. At aome places, lifts can be installed like from restaurant to reception on 1st and entry on 2nd level,

Well maintained, superb landscaping, mouthwatering food, good hospitality, we enjoyed our stay with our family. Will be our first choice for our next stay at kodaikanal

The place is beautiful with great view of valleys. Also they have clean rooms, supporting and helping stuffs. The food available in their restaurant is very tasty and they give in really good quantity. The only issue with food it is little costly. Although the portion they give is quite good. Overall a good stay!

Hotel is little away from main city(around 5 km. Hotel ambiance and stay are nice. Complementary breakfast is good and many varieties.

The place is too serene to stay, afternoon the clouds come down to greet you with drizzle. Only disadvantage is there is no ac or fan, most of them will not need an ac at 16 degrees, but for ventilation you require a fan.
