Hill Crest Resort - Coorg

Our stay at hill crest resort was pretty good. Initially there was a problem which i will say mm t should take care as the room size which was mentioned in mmt portal for deluxe room with balcony was not at all accurate as it was a much smaller room. But the resort manager after understanding the situation upgraded my room from the next day. All the resort stuff were pretty cordial, helpful and welcoming. Resort is 20 mins from madikeri but view from room is awesome which is highly recommendable. The restaurant stuffs are also very helpful although the food costing is little bit on the higher side. Overall a good stay for me for 3 nights which is recommended to others.

Resort is situated bit far from the madikeri town, the infra and facilities are very good, we got the accommodation as per the booking, few comments are as below: no option for warm water in wash basin, huge number of ants in washroom of the 1st floor cottage near swimming pool, food had variety but not upto the mark and overpriced as well, resort is understaffed too. Also, the facilities for drivers need to be improved as the feedback from my cab driver is bad. But, overall the staff is very good and courteous and stay was memorable.

A little old Hill Crest Resort - Coorg that may not qualify as a resort. People are friendly. Restaurant food is average. Our water heater did not work, and i had to ask them to give me a bucket of hot water. We did not have coffee in our room. When contacted, the front office said it would send, but it never came. The front office phone often keeps ringing with no one to pick up. It looks like the Hill Crest Resort - Coorg is understaffed.

I had a very pleasant stay. I had a concern regarding my existing booked room. So the resort manager upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. The resort manager and all the employees were courteous and made our stay more memorable.

The property was absolutely perfect for the family. The staff were courteous and took care of our needs. When we reached the resort it was already 3. 30pm and they even let us have lunch even after the lunch time has ended

It was so refreshing and relaxed. Family and kids had a good time at the resort. Kids enjoyed a lot.

I had an overwhelming experience in the resort, the staff is very supportive and welcoming. Pool area is neat and clean.

The place is a bit far from the main city but worth staying as it is a decent property with an amazing view.
