Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court)

We came as a family of four and we were staying in the Hotel [room # 4 & 5] from 21st till 24th. I would like to record my sincere appreciation for maintaining a Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court) with excellent service standards and for providing comfortable accommodation. Want to specifically mention about Mr.Girish who was sincere, out-going, confident and a person pleasant to deal with. He is a wonderful person and he has the capacity to make this Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court) very successful. I would highly recommend the Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court) to recognize him for his wonderful customer service attitude, his genuine interest in helping people and his delightful disposition in general. I just want to thank the management of Hotel Crystal Court for hiring someone of Girish's caliber, someone who makes our day a little brighter, someone who is a very sincere and nice person. You will grow your business with people like him. [You can't train people to be sincere and nice. That's just their personality] I had the contact number of Mr.Cariappa and in fact tried reaching him on his mobile, to record my sincere admiration about the service standards. Only the quality of food was very bad, which I am sure in course of time, will improve. Please pass my heartfelt thanks to Mr.Deepak, Ms.Navya and Mr.Bimaiah for making our stay pleasant and comfortable.

We were originally alotted room no. 10 on arrival. Some of the furniture was broken. The plastering on the ceiling/walls had come off in several places. A foul smell was present which the employees attempted to mask with room spray. We asked for a change of room. The front office person was very obliging and showed us all categories of the rooms available at the Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court). We found that the 3bed family rooms/suite, were well mantained with none of the deficiencies that were found in room no. 10. We eventually chose a 3bed non ac. family room.[room no. 1]. The food was acceptable ,though limited in choice. Cable tv was excellent with a wide variety of channels. Overall a 3.5/5, but a 5/5 for the Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court) staff.

Nice Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court)...with basic amenities. Felt slightly expensive since there are good Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court)s around for less price. Food Items wise they are very limited or in some cases no choice. For food we had to walk to near by restaurant. Overall for stay it is good but for food not a good option. One good thing was it was close to KSRTC bus stand and they allowed us to check in at 4:30 AM itself even though our check in time was 12 PM. The staff are also cooperative and arranged for what we requested.

Excellent stay. Beautiful room with a huge balcony. Very helpful staff. Cleanliness n hygiene ensured by prompt housekeeping n cleaning staff. Very good reception, room service, housekeeping services. Very good food, they even made for me a dish on my suggestion. No bar functioning now because of covid safety measures, but, a huge walk in liquor super store available closeby. Nisha in reception, velayudhan in admin, suresh in service, sheela in housekeeping all deserve special mention.

We have booked it on new year at Crystal Court, however, they provided us a room at Silent Valley (branch of Crystal Court and 5. 5 km away from Crystal court). Silent Valley is in middle of coffee estates with beautiful location. Food and service was average. It was scenic and silent place. Staff was good. It is in middle of forest and scary to travel during night. We felt disappointing for not getting a room at Crystal Court but later felt happy with the location of Silent Valley.

Its a very nice property at a very good location, a little inside like 200 m from the main road makes it quite calm wherein its just 1 km from raja seat or omkareshwar temple which are one of the main attractions of Coorg/Madikeri. Petrol pump, Bank-ATM, Restaurants etc are at walking distance. Property have plenty of its own space for any type of group activities. What I miss there is a Pool & SPA. They have lot of space so I believe they may make it sometime in future.

Location : good, a little away from town, but peaceful, good ambience. Room : had to specifically ask for double bed, since they were offering 2single beds, which is totally foolish, somebody should use ther intelligence & remove this 2 beds system for couple booking food : same menu for breakfast for 2 days of average taste, slight change next day - better, dinner ok, but slow service. Cleanliness: good staff : good, helpful

The Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court) is very close to the koorg town and is easily accessible for tourists. Price per night is average while comparing to other Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court)s which does not have enough facilities. Ask for room with balcony for excellent view of the station. Food is not available die to covid restrictions.

We are regular guests to this Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court) in Madikeri and shows our comfort with the property. This time with our children and grand children from over seas countries. All are happy and wish to come back when they are in India again. Stayed for five days and happy about it.

Good for stay, food and visit near by places (fort, view points, Abbey falls).

Hotel was decent. Service was good.

Day 1 complimentary breakfast they provided riva idly, vada, bread and a sweet. One more dish could have been better, day 2 they provided idly, dosa, poha upma and omlette which is good compared to day 1

Good stay for two days in Coorg. We enjoyed the stay. Response was good, area is good, room is nice and worth staying. Restaurant food is too late and can't depend on that. Good to have food outside. Room service is good. Nice Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court) in Madikeri and access to all places.

We thank team hill-dale resort for great hospitality and well maintained property. Amid-st this pandemic this property is well maintained and the hospitality is great.

Nice location and staff food not good.

Good place to stay .

I really liked their service. All the staff were very helpful and polite and quick. My family and i had reached early in the morning, even though no rooms were vacant they helped us as much as possible. The food was decent and homely. Would recommend.

Calm and quite environment. Orerall a good budget stay.

Room is neat and good.. We have booked two rooms with same tariff, but the assigned room was of different types (one was good with balcony and other was not up to the mark). We had breakfast from Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court) and it was excellent.

Good convenient location - whether youve your own vehicle or not (you can get autos right 100m from the Hill Dale Resort (Crystal Court)). Food was excellent - during our stay around X-mas. Plenty of open space for children and adults alike, families travelling with children would definitely like this place.
