Hill Garden Resort - A HILLSIDE HAVEN

Property is very beautiful and it was very pleasant to stay there. Rooms were clean and food was excellent. I must say staff was very supportive. Definitely recommended. One of the best properties to spend time in holidays.

My experience at this property was genuinely enjoyable. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it easy to explore nearby attractions without any hassle. The view around the property adds a nice touch, and it felt like the perfect spot for a short getaway.

Hygiene and perfect place in nature. Food is excellent. Swimming pool is clean. Can consider for family as well couples. Rate of food is fair.

He froud me in rooms , i book supur deluxe rooms , but he give me simple rooms, in case of women safety , its low because its very far from city near about 6 km outside . So well cleaned

I booked 2 super deluxe room they gave me the worst room in the property and I only checked in in one room

I booked super deluxe rooms (2 rooms) in this resort they gave me the worst rooms in this property i asked at least give me 1 sd room but they denied giving excuses worst experience ever. They gave me the room of staff. ?

The hotel does not have the basic amenities that one should have, they do have intercom service, the bathroom smells terrible and there is rust everywhere.

The facilities and the services are just admired along with the location of the resort which gives us proper vibe of the trip away from the city.

It is very good resort, everything is very good, food is excellent and location is also very good.

Very Bed ,worth money , uncooperative staff , poor maintained toilet , I suggest to all peoples pls avoid this hotel

Three star hotel with Third class experience👎😡 On booking of 2 super delux rooms, 2 delux rooms were given, rooms were changed in 2 days still were not given super delux rooms. The bathrooms were horrible, no proper light, no exhaust, no ventilation, all foul smell all around, no difusers. Intercom does not works, it was broken, no wifi at hotel. You have to go down at reception for everything to get towels, cups, tea, glass, water etc. Worst room service, it's poor means there is no service at all. One room did not had mirror so another did not had refrigerator, televisions were not working, no recharge, no charged batteries, what worse you can expect. Breakfast was limited. Hotel manager and restaurant manager was rude and very unproffesional. If you complain they are ready to taunt the guests, it was a horrible experience. Guests need to calm down to avoid fight caz staff will provoke with their words for heated argument and fight. Ridiculous management. We did not wanted our trip to be ruined otherwise a hot cup tea would have cleaned someone's face for sure, and cool down the frustration of guests. A hotel with worst management and amenities.

The stay was good and the staff was very good. Also the food quality i liked moreover the rooms were very neat and clean.

It's a beautiful property situated next to a small hill and has a garden and a pool. Due to its location on upper land, one gets a beautiful view from it. I had booked a super-deluxe room, which was the best located room of the property. I had not faced any issue with staff or any other thing. However what was major setback for us was the cleanliness of the property and the room. We had open chowk right outside the property and noticed that it was cleaned everyday but the dust and garbage laying there was just thrown in to a small tree hole. It was a round cut on the stone floor where there was leftover of a tree trunk. Inside room - sink was stinky, room corner was dirty with dirt collected therein, termite on the walls, doors dirty with dust filled in its design etc.
