I had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room service was excellent — prompt and well-managed. The facilities were comfortable and well-maintained. The only area that could use some improvement is the spa, which was just average compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, a good and satisfying stay.

Very bad experience overall.

My stay at the Hill Palace Hotel and Spa was a very bad experience overall. The room was reasonably clean, but there were some minor issues with the bathroom. The swimming pool was a major disappointment as it was located in a very open area next to the reception, offering absolutely no privacy. A significant issue was that the elevator was shut down around 8 PM, and we were staying on the third floor. We were forced to use the stairs for the rest of the night. Furthermore, the experience at their resto-bar, "Orb," was terrible. Despite being guests at the hotel, we were charged a stag entry fee of ₹1000 per person, while we saw other guests being allowed in for free. Once inside, we were informed that there was no space in the main area and were moved to a non-AC, open space away from the event. This treatment was completely outrageous. While the room itself was acceptable, the combination of these negative experiences made for a very unpleasant stay.

This hotel is an excellent location for a business visit to BPCL Kochi refinery or for visiting any industry in the vicinity. The hotel has a good restaurant with decent food. The wifi internet access isn't good but the mobile phone signal is 5G throughout. They have a couple of bars and there is a travel desk to help you move around.

They allocated me the Honeymoon Suit. I felt the room was not in use and smelled badly. On the first day while allocated the room freshener was used but the next day it was unbearable. Since the second day I got an allergy because of dust mites. It was physically and mentally troubled me a lot. I would not recommend the hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was not as expected. The facilities were lacking—there was only one dental kit in the bathroom, and we had to request an additional one. The TV was not working initially, but they did send someone to fix it after we called. As for the food, the chicken biryani we ordered for lunch was good. However, the porotta and chili chicken were disappointing. The chili chicken was the worst—undercooked, with visible redness in the meat, which was quite concerning. Overall, the experience was average, with some service and food quality issues that need improvement.
