Hill View Hotel & Resort

the location of this property is beautifully, on the NH and opposite of dalma mountain ranges. the rooms are quite spacious but the main problem is the quality of interiors like unclean furniture , electrical plug connections ,ac, geysers mostly faulty or unusable. after repeated reminders they could not fix. room services way to improve.

Excellent location. Food quality is also very good. There is some lag in maintenance but the management is very prompt to solve these problems.

The location is close to the main Jamshedpur city and located on NH 33. There were groups which had booked the lawns for their normal picnic with extremely loud music and enjoying. No problems because of the new year celebrations too going on everywhere. The hygiene was oķay and rooms were okay too. the price compared to facilities is high.

The rooms were spacious and the resort has an amazing location. The service of the staff was equally good and friendly.

The hill view resort is located beside national highway 33, in the lap of dalma hill and the view from the lawn of the resort was mesmerising. Overall experience and service of the staffs are satisfactory. Food quality was great. There is nothing to complain about.

Food quality poor but price is very high. From the price of point view and room quality is not good.

1- location very good, except ac deluxe rooms, all rooms have beautiful view of dalma hills 2. Propery area is vast, including a swimming pool (currently getting renovated) children's play area, garden etc 3 service very good 4. Restaurant foods are bit of costly compared to quality and taste 5, average quality complimentary breakfast 6. Rooms are okay but blankets are shaggy and old, pillows are old and thin, other wise clean 7. Bathroom clean and specious

The hotel is situated at excellent location. Area is too big and lovely environment for fresh air. Surrounding view is excellent. Hygiene is maintained at all time. Food quality and quantity is sufficient and reasonable. In full stay is worth for money.

Its a very good property. Staffs of hotel are really good. Food is excellent. Best part is it is just middle of city and dalma.

We didn't enjoy much here. Except food, everything was average here.

Scope of improvement 1. The door and window knobs were not clean. 2. The rooms were not sanitised properly 3. The bathroom were in terrible condition. Seemed like it was not cleaned post the last guests checked out of the room 4. Very limited breakfast menu and was also refused to give selected items even on the menu good points 1. Courteous staff. Helped to clean up room late night 2. Good food. All the items tasted very nice. 3. Very good location (the view from the common balcony infront of the rooms was very good.
