As per our standard policy, check in time is 12pm and complimentary breakfast is included from the following morning after check-in. It seems you might not have noticed them during your stay. For any additional bottles, guests simply need to inform our staff, and they are provided promptly as per our standard charge. As you requested extra bottles free of cost, we hope you understand that complimentary limits are predefined for all guests. Regarding your concerns, we would like to clarify that our resort is surrounded by natural greenery, which may occasionally lead to the presence of mosquitoes. However, we provide an anti-mosquito kit in every room for guests’ comfort. Our team also noticed that your room door was frequently kept open, which affected the air conditioning efficiency and allowed mosquitoes to enter. As for the bathroom, it is equipped with a water mixer system for hot and cold water. Once our housekeeping staff was informed, they promptly visited your room and assisted in its proper use.
