HillRock Resort & Villas, Karjat

Property is good, rooms are spacious ( had a company of lizard to start with) ; tea water kittle was of no use as they don't provide tea coffee sachet and also no cup was provided even for drinking hot water. House keeping and front desk staff is very helpful so does some members from canteen/HillRock Resort & Villas, Karjat but some are very typical as they answer in a such a way that guest should move to other option to have food ( i believe they were already in diwali holiday mood), breakfast menu was very repetitive. One has to love misal if he/ she has to have good breakfast otherwise ome has to live with tea and toast ( like we did. When you sit for food outside ac cabin for lunch and dinner, you also get to eat insects as they keep repetitively falling into your plates. They are everywhere throughout the resort and it's very discomforting. Hotel management should look into this and install electronic insect repellent / killer. Overall it was good but not totally the worth for money we paid.

i loved staying at hill rock resort neral, the staff was very helpful never said no for anything we have asked for. it was so.nice experience that we wanted to extend one more day, however due to weekend the rooms were unavailaible but the staff tried there best to help us if they havr any vacant room to get for our extend stay. i was so.happy with the services that i have planned my parents trip with hillrock resort and also would like to appreciate the efforts of the owners as they were keepibg a close eye on every minute thing. best services..❤️

It was an excellent holiday at hill-rock resort. The staff and the service was very hospitable. The food was very good and HillRock Resort & Villas, Karjat staff was very courteous. Very beautiful ambience of cottages and rooms. We had amazing stay at this resort. Waiting for our next holiday to spend at hill-rock resort. Very beautiful place.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was polite and helpful but the cherry on top was the food, from taste to quantity everything was top notch. The only downside was the depth of the pool which is very less.

amazing stay. sprawling campus. dog friendly. comfortable stay for me and my puppies. so much to do with the pool, games room, cricket pitch and friendly dogs on the property. loved it overall!

The true and amazing experience at hill rock resorts. Food was tooo good and also pool was very clean and tidy. At night resorts was looks very beautiful. Surely we will stay again in future

5 stars for the spacious property. A retreat for kids. Great service. If arriving from mumbai, one should drive via karjat rather than via badlapur. The neral road is full of potholes.

The property is placed in a very large area and rooms are also good and clean. Food is also very good and affordable price.

Nice rooms neat and clean environment nice food amd cafe good time. Need to have some extra kettles in all d rooms. But whn asked they said its on request overall good experience

the resort was good with good ambience, hygiene and amenities as well as open spaces. the 31st event organized by them were also very amazing. overall it was a wonderful experience.

The location is near to matheran base, food is excellent, we all enjoyed playing on cricket turf. Amenities are enough to keep you occupied in resort
