Very cold. Uninterested staff. Coffee things left outside next door for days. Reception tried to change the room price as we were checking out.

coupleInfrastructure is good but the location far off passing through very very narrow lanes and jams. Service is very poor. No intercom, no tv, and many other facilities are lacking. But good view from the hotel.

The staff was highly i'll mannered to begin with. No toilet toll or basic like toiletries or even a kettle was provided. They were not ready to keep the luggage after check out

soloIt was my first solo travel. The stay at hotel hills top was very pleasant and calming. The location was perfect and there was no chaos in hotel even when the hotel was fully occupied. I have recommended the hotel to my friends. The food and hospitality was also very good. I wud give a 10/10 to the property.
