Service was not good at all, inexperienced staff didn’t even provide wearer bottle and other basic necessities in the room. I don’t have photos

Location is very good. In terms of service they are taking too much time to deliver the order. But the service boy he was giving his 100 percent in terms of cleaning of room which is very poor. And also the cost of food is very high and very limited options. But overall hotel is good.

This is the best villa to stay at kasauli. It is just 15 mins away from heritage market. The villa staff is very cooperating. Food is also good. View from balcony is very mesmerizing.
