Total non Co-operative staff with poor service. It seems they don’t bother about customer satisfaction and convenience at all

Rooms are neat and clean. The view from the hotel is very beautiful. Food was good. Rooftop restaurant is lovely. Overall property is value for money.

Bedsheets and pillow covers were having big stains. Wifi was not working and the worst thing was there was no hot water. Hotel staff is not at all bothered about service. Plz dont take breakfast, its not at all good

Food was bland and not worth the price, rooms were average and it took 2 hours to get the room despite booking 15 days in advance. No adequate body wash in the room.

Room was decent and food could have been better. Overrated place and food was expensive. Lake View from the roof top is nice.

The only best part of the hotel was the rooftop view and the breakfast view..for me the Hotel experience was the worst. Being a traveller it's genuine feedback 1) Hotel checking time is 2 PM; however we were given rooms around 2:45 PM. 2) Photos provided and rooms allocated were totally different (Except Bathroom), also 1 room was already ready, however reception people didn't allow that room and 2 rooms were allocated around 3 PM (I came to know as I changed my room due to the bathroom stinking) 3) Rooms were not clean and the bathrooms were having an insect and cockroach. 4) Room Service is very slow, I called room service 10 times and only twice they have attended the call, hence I have to call the front desk each time. 5) Even after calling the front desk, each time room service people used to come late 6) Room people are so busy that they keep everything down at the door and leave. 7) Called the front desk to collect the luggage; however to my surprise no one came to collect luggage and we had to bring it down by ourselves. 8) Strong feedback needs to be provided to staff according to me (Coz before booking this Hotel in many reviews it was stated staff behaviour is not good)

It was beautiful place to stay ,night view over the roof was adorable and the services provided were excellent.

nice hotel location wise food wise and services wise but have to update some amenities and need to maintain it properly. some of the amenities like shower in the bathroom is not working properly.
