Enjoyed our stay. The HILLTOP PALACE - LAKE FACING HOTEL is a bit on the pricey side but not too much. Pros - Elevator, ample parking for about 10 cars, close to Fatehsagar lake, spacious rooms, good lake view in our room type. Cons - The breakfast buffet didn't have many western breakfast items like croissants, muffins, pancakes etc., a short 100 meter long approach road to the HILLTOP PALACE - LAKE FACING HOTEL can feel slightly steep for inexperienced car drivers, the HILLTOP PALACE - LAKE FACING HOTEL is slightly pricey and the rooftop restaurant Jannat is under renovation as of February 2025. A good stay overall.

stayed in deluxe non lake facing room room was good and well maintained, washroom was clean location is slightly away from main road and on hill feel of property is good , beautiful view from terrace, rooftop restaurant and pool is under maintainence but that's not an issue food is bit expensive, limited option for vegetarian, breakfast is decent staff is good and cooperative all the main attraction are nearby overall good property and worth staying

1) I by default chose a lake facing room and there cannot be a better way to wake up 2) location is quite convenient 3) HILLTOP PALACE - LAKE FACING HOTEL ambience is surely very well kept and maintained and excellent 4) Reception services could be better manned for attending calls as I found it difficult to reach them and had to reach out to Makemytrip to reach out .5) food was ok though breakfast was good .

Stay was good , Firstly location of property is very good and very nearby to Fateh Sagar and Swaroop Sagar lake. Food quality is so so . Rooms can be better according to its price . Bathroom of the room were smelling and with low lights in it. Staff behavior should improve it seems that they are trained to deal with foreigners only . Services of staff in the restaurant should improve.

I had a great stay there. The waiting area was big, luckily we got complementary early check in. Breakfast though has limited varieties but all the items were good in taste.
