Last minute booking. But managed to get honey-moon suite. Each one of the staff deserve special mention. Excellent hospitality. Comfortable waiting area. Neat suite. Hot water availability was made sure during prescribed timings. And they make special arrangements for hot water if you need a early check out. Room service is prompt and neat. They gave their own separate veg and non-veg restaurants with separate outlets for cakes, ice-creams and fries. You need not go far for good food especially when it drizzles or rains. Again the same hospitality and service extends to the restaurants as well. Food prices are nominal. The location is in prime spot. Buses can mostly drop you in the doorstep. Important places like lake, coakers walk and bryant park are situated at walkable distance. Local taxi services nearby. They also arrange safe services for sight-seeing. There is one disadvantage. Being in main location. You can often hear vehicle sounds and conversations. But the gentle and friendly staff make you forget it. On the whole this place is a wholesome experience.

Stay at hill top towers was good. I stayed with my family (member of 4) for one night. The location of the Hilltop Towers is really good as it is situated at the prime location - easily accessible to lake and bryant park. Although the propety is bit old, the Hilltop Towers was clean and well maintained. Staffs were cooperative and service was exceptionally great. Complementary breakfast was excellent. Hilltop veg Hilltop Towers was good and they serve good food. Parking is available and sometimes it depends on crowd. Overall it is a pleasant stay with two drawbacks 1) no fan and 2) you can hear outside sounds inside the room. Will visit again as it is at the prime location.

Positives: stay was wonderful and climate during our visit was also excellent. Lake and all locations are in walkable distance. No worry of traffic and all to visit nearby places. Staffs very cordial and quick responsive. Excellent customer service. Variety of foods available and was also good. Negatives: 1. Hot water is not available in all the times or at-least it should be made available early morning. 2. Wifi network quality was very poor which should be improved. 3. Lift facility not available. 4. Morning newspaper and a coffee can be provided and can be enquired with the customers. Overall 4star.

The stay was amazing. One of the best Hilltop Towerss i. Kodai. From check-in to check-out the staffs got your back. Anytime they are there to help. The room was very neat, clean, spacious, and all things mentioned as amenties were available. Have to specify the complimentary breakfast it was exceptionally good. We had a buffet and all kind of items were there. The staffs serve you with at-most hospitality. Its overall a really good place to stay. Best for families. Its in centre of kodai abed near to lake.

This was our third time at hilltop towers. We stayed in their superior deluxe room. The room was good in terms of space and the washroom was also better than other rooms. I wish we had a better view from the room. The lack of a proper view made it a bit claustrophobic. Otherwise it was a good stay. The reason behind choosing the place was it's location. It is centrally located, right on the main road, at a walkable distance from the lake and surrounded by restaurants. Overall a good experience!

The Hilltop Towers looks old but is excellently maintained. People looking for a place in the center of kodai town can choose this Hilltop Towers. Staffs are super polite and courteous. Food is good and they have variety of options. Special mention for the staff. Be it front office or test a staff helpers or even the security at their parking they seem to know that they are working in a service industry and their positive attitude makes a big difference.

Had a memorable stay with my family at Hilltop. Starting from the moment we arrived at the Hilltop Towers - from luggage being taken to the room, to room service and assistance with local travel, everything was superb. All the staff at the Hilltop Towers were simply eager to help. Special mention to the Hilltop Towers front desk staff Ms. Chitra, the Driver - Mr. Ravi, and the Support person - Mr. Sekhar. Good place but check in and check out timings is the only issue. Price is also little high. They can change the check out time to 11

Hotel management are very polite and hassle free accommodation, we enjoyed our stay and it's near to lake and bus-stand too walkable distance

Worth the money, rooms are clean and tidy. Fast response from reception. View from the room is ok because of balcony garden. Food is very good but prices are high, better to book with breakfast. Simple and best breakfast menu.

Hotel is at great location. Just walking distance from the kodaikanal lake. Room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Very comfortable for family stay. Food was good at affordable price. They have their own restaurants. So many options you will get in their menu for lunch and dinner. Breakfast what they provided was also yummm. Go for this Hilltop Towers if you are looking for a comfortable stay at great location at affordable price.

Pleasant stay. Staff courteous and helpful. But 2 short comings no lift toilet cleanliness not adequate

We stayed two night at this Hilltop Towers. It is located in prime location, very near to coalkers walk, lake and shopping places. Food is excellent.

Was very good. Good service, food and the staff was very good. Location is also very good which is near to city and lake. Rooms are maintained well. Would recommend for a try. Air conditioner would been a good addition

No hot water even during promised hours there was a time slot for the hot water we even didn't get during that hours.
