HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu

We stayed as group in two grandeur rooms during pongal holidays. Absolutely average service and they took ages to get room service done. Very less number of staff available. Wi-Fi doesn't have coverage in most areas. Grandeur room was very good. Food was decent. But we had to wait for the time they refill the buffet to grab the food. Reason told to us was that staff were not available since it was pongal time. We had a problem with our car there. Ravi was courteous to find us a mechanic to sort out the issue. The location is not very close to the local market. Travelling to each place from this resort takes a long long time. But driving through the area and the view was pleasant. So, it is worth the drive. We went there only because of MGM brand name. Location, room and view is good. Can be recommended only for stay.

The HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu and staff are really good. Everyone is helpful and don't hesitate to go beyond their means to make guests happy. We went for sightseeing early morning and by the time we reached back breakfast was over. Manager and staff offered if we want to have something with limited options. They took the trouble to open kitchen again. Really, satisfied by the experience of stay here. Hotel is on a hill top. The view is excellent from there. You can also see the toy trains from any room. Though not major problem but I felt there could have been more games and activities for people who come just to relax. Rest everything was good. Food is excellent.

We were in MGM Hill Worth Resort, Coonoor for 3 days and 2 nights. It is a small resort with ten rooms totally. We stayed in top floor which has a good hill view. The lawn of the resort is beautifully maintained. The staff of the resort especially, Mr. Ravi is very friendly and helpful. They will arrange everything for you according to your needs. Even in restaurant, Mr. Lakshmanan (staff) will prepare customised food for you. But, the cost of the food is bit high. Overall, we had a good stay at this resort.

We stayed at MGM during our recent visit to Coonoor. It’s a quite small HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu but we were pleased with service and personal attention. Mr. Ravi, manager and all of the HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu and the staff were very courteous made sure the guests feel comfortable. The area was quiet and the view from the HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu room was pleasant. I would recommend this HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu to my friends.

The room is good, but this is the only good HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu in Coonoor. The best part is food. Chef Laxman and Prabhu serve very good food. The Phulkas, paneer sabjis, idli sambar and all starters are top notch. Starters especially are very less oil and tasty. They are better than any top HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadus in Bangalore. Food is best part of HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu, else the HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu is average.

This is a decent HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu. What it may perhaps lack in facilities, it more than makes up with service. The staff puts their heart into serving the guests and that's very nice to see. The breakfast is personalized, for all practical purposes, but quite a few of the items on their lunch and dinner menu were unavailable. It's an old property, so don't expect business-HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu-like facilities, but it does quite nicely for a short stay.

We had a very comfortable stay. The rooms are very neatly maintained. The staff was very cordial and very helpful. Food was delicious and Mr. Laxman ensured that it was always served hot and right on time. Mr. Ravi the manager helped us in finding out an old age home which we visited on the first day of our stay in Coonoor. He also made arrangements for the cabs during our four day stay. It was very cold during the nights and we had a bonfire which my little daughter enjoyed a lot. Felt at home.

Summary of the experience at MGM 1.) Good food . Good menu choices 2.) Excellent staff . Impressed by the politeness and mannerisms. 3.) Rooms have decent interiors. Ambience of the HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu was good 4.) Hotel location is little difficult to track, however it has got good location. 5.) They may include more indoor activities like TT, badminton court or mini library to become a perfect relaxing destination.

Very friendly, helpful people. Large room with a great view at sunrise and sunset. On the Coonoor Ooty Road just out of Coonoor Town. Quiet. Lovely birds chirruping in the morning, adding to the song of the crickets.

Good service. Excellent room. Staff was waiting for our arrival and greeted us with a smile. Had a very pleasant stay there at HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu. The only drawback that I could figure out was about food. Food is not that tasty. Breakfast was somehow manageable, but the dinner was not that good.

The rooms were big and nice with a scenic view. Excellent doorstep service by the staffs. Worth every penny.

Excellent place. A home away from home. I will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives. The staff is very attentive and ready to help you in all matters. Our family had a wonderful time for three days They arranged sightseeing of Coonoor and Ooty with a taxi and the driver was an excellent person with very good skills in daring. The same person only met us at Coimbatore Airport and dropped us back.

Stay was good. But there were very limited options in the food menu. Rooms bear an antique look and were really nice. Service was also good. Location wise it is good, very near to the station. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Room provided to us was very good and spacious. Food was good but rotis or chapattis were very expensive. Food can have more variety. Hotel staff is very polite and guys at reception are very cooperative. Location of the HILLWORTH RESORT COONOOR by Hotel Tamilnadu is also good, it is not very far from Coonoor town.

Location very nice. View from our room was superb. Spacious room. Service was personalised and every good. We enjoyed the food as well. Hotel Manager Mr. Ravi was taking care of every aspect personally. Our overall experience was very nice. We suggest to have fans in restaurant.
