Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow during a business trip for a day. The tarrif was reasonable considering a 5 star property and the ongoing wedding season. The check in was quick and efficient. The bell boy or house keeping person who accompanied me in the lift with my luggage had no idea how to operate that lift or open the door of my room by using the digital key card. He had no idea of where the light switches were or how to put on the lights in the room. So I took charge and did everything by myself. I discovered later that he was a trainee. But then he should be trained by the Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow team and not by a customer !! 🤓 Apart from this everything else was good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent. I enjoyed the mutton dum biryani for dinner. Overall a nice stay. Location was also good with market and malls nearby.

If you are visiting lucknow and looking for a comfortable and value for money stay hilt-on is the place to be. Good quality bed and decent size rooms for quality sleep and stay. Complementary bed for kids which again is super comfortable unlike many other make shift Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow beds. Good breakfast and dinner layout. Hospitable staff and very prompt with smile service. We stayed in the same room for 2 days and had a comfortable stay. Book it, experience it, pool on roof top is also an addon for the kids to experience. Overall a 4. 5 out of 5 and certainly a yes nod to book and be in when @lucknow.

Additionally, the Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow's central location made it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. I highly recommend hilt-on garden inn for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

A very comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow. Good location, nearby all food places to try in lucknow. Very neat rooms. Would choose hilt-on again whenever in lucknow. . A comfortable stay! hilton lucknow was as good as i had expected. I had booked it for a friend who was visiting lucknow for the weekend, he was quite comfortable. The rooms were very very clean. Good place to recommend others for stay in lucknow. Also a very nice location, all food places and budding places are near this Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow. Keep it up.

From check in to check out, everything was perfect onething that i found was during breakfast time, that really is an awesome thing, and class apart, one person was contniously checking food levels in all dishes at counters to ensure nonthing is empty as refill was ensured prior to completely finish great room, view, ac, in room service, linens, food, washroom fittings, ambience, drapes all very luxury level

The location is pleasant. The rooms are great, and i opted for the package that included dinner or lunch and breakfast. The dinner spread was lovely, and the cuisine was of exceptional quality. The breakfast was also wonderful, with freshly made tea. All in all, it was a nice experience, and i want to return when i visit lucknow.

I will prefer to stay in future. Food is also nice. Staff are courteous and prompt in service. Overall experience was good.
