The place is very ordinary, did not live upto hilton brand. Room was dirty, ac not working properly, bathroom was dirty, with water issues, menu at breakfast was sad. Except the location of the hotel, there was nothing else good about the hotel.

Property location is excellent and I’ve been staying here in this hotel for the past 14/15 years during my visit to Delhi. The standard is really going down . No proper linens, towels are low quality, no soap, no vanity kit, rooms are dirty. Breakfast was ok. I really love this hotel but I’m so disappointed with the way the standard of this hotel is going down. Customers’ comfort shops be given a top priority I feel .

The rooms are big and the location of the hotel is also good, my complain though is they do not check the rooms before giving it to guests, the AC in my room was not working as well as the room door was not closing properly after complaining they did repair the AC which again went faulty the next day, it is then complaining that they changed my room.

Terrible Stay

It’s an old property with worn off and terrible interiors and furniture. The food is even worse. Overall, it’s not worth the price AT ALL.
