Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi Saket

I’ve been staying at the hilton for over 15 years and the location is it’s biggest selling point as it’s attached to a mall(s. The service from the staff is still very good and friendly even though i saw only new faces on this visit. The Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi Saket though requires some major work - the linens are old and discoloured, the quilts are very old and have no fluff in them, i even got a towel with a hole in it (something you’d never imagine at a Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi Saket such as this. The gym was closed for repairs on some days, the pool was closed throughout (i stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi Saket for a total of 14 days. The food is not as good as i remember it to be. I will definitely be back as the location is very convenient for me but i hope management looks into some of these issues.

In this extreem heat in delhi i bought my family to delhi and booked a rooom at airbnb but unfortunately the day we reached that flat at hauz khas light was not there and there was no light back up at that place. That very moment i made decisions that i won’t let my 4 days holidays of my family get wasted in such environment. So i book this beautiful property which is inside the select city. It is so convenient to be here where i can leave my 10 year old kid to stay at Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi Saket & we can go out to do our little shopping for near by market. Morning breakfast is what my son enjoys he got it & stage is also very cooperative. Over all i would give 5 points to this Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi Saket

good morning the location of the property.is excellent adjoining some.of the best malls delhi have to offer .the Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi Saket.staff front desk in house dinning housekeepingvall have been very kind helpfull and courteous warm.n above all very friendly too .my suggestions would be better maintenance od the rooms like the sofas settes etc smokingvrooms.withbastraybin room.dinning menu should be there too .fòd was delicious and.cooked to my.taste at the Indian grill restaurant. overall I had a nice and cormfatable stay at the Hilton park Inn Saket.new delhi thanks n warm regards Sangeeta jhaveri

We had booked 4 nights of stay with the Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi Saket and ended up selecting a room which we later realised we did not like. Rajnandini who was at front desk was extremely patient and heard our issues and helped us with an alternate and more suitable room the same day. She went out of her way to get that done and throughout the stay ensured that we had no issues. Staff in their india grill restaurant were also helpful and courteous. Kuldeep from house keeping was also courteous.

I always stay at this Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi Saket due to its location and even food. They are undergoing some renovation when i visited them for 3 nights in september 2022 hence some hiccups on elevators ( keys not working properly, room lock and also water flow in shower. All these were never an issue in the past and they informed that they are in the process of upgradation. My choice of Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi Saket is not changing because of this transition. I will be back soon

I must say the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was also good, the security at the entrance were very polite & courteous in fact more than the staff at the reception. The reception staff seemed least bothered to be courteous towards its guests & didn't even bother to greet & guide me properly. Hilt-on group of Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi Sakets needs to train their front office staff a little more i guess.

Hi. Our stay at hilt-on was exceptionally good although we stayed only for few hours! i was truly impressed by the front office staff miss raj nandini who put in her best efforts to make our stay a memorable one. We checked in early before the standard time and it was nandini who helped us get access to the room without having to wait. We wish her all the best for her future endeavors! cheers

Was a very comfortable stay overall except for one day when there was an issue with the water supply and we couldn’t bathe or use the bathroom because there was muddy water flowing. Otherwise it was a super good deal with laundry, airport cab transfer included complimentary. Will come back again on the assurance that the water issue will be fixed for good.

Property location is superb, right near all the popular places of south delhi, food at restaurant is great. They kept wine, chocolates as a welcome treat in my room.

The property was good but the service was very slow. Checking was very smooth, and at the time of checkout also the person heard our issues.

Amazing stay, very cooperative staff, hygienic environment, amazing food, love hilton forever !

Perfect, centrally located, great food and variety available for buffet, clean and sanitized, services of the staff were superb.

It was a short one night stay. Location is fine. Being connected to a mall it has a lot of food and entertainment options. The breakfast was a great spread. Services were prompt and in one word fantastic.
