The hotel’s convenient location is one of its biggest advantages — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions, government offices, and shopping areas. Despite being centrally located, the hotel maintains a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, offering all the modern amenities you’d expect from a Hilton property. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping ensured everything stayed spotless throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. From the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone made me feel genuinely welcome. They were quick to assist with directions, taxi bookings, and even local food recommendations. Breakfast had a good variety with both local and international options, and the dining area was pleasant. Overall, my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum was comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, centrally located place with warm hospitality and excellent service.

Overall experience was good the problem I faced is when I checked out I forgot my clothes and it was quite expensive the next day I called them to check it out they denied their cleaning staff stole my clothes and the hotel staff denied for the recovery. Please take care of your personal belongings in this hotel dont leave anything behind it will be gone dont think of their brand

Location of the hotel was perfect.. one small improvement would be about the entrance to the hotel.. the current entrance is quite narrow compared to the other entrance which is not being used as the main entrance.. this entrance would make the hotel look very grand..Food was nice.. Here, the improvement point could be , proper segregation and placement of vegetarian and non vegetarian items separately... Keeping them side by side might lead to a chance of using the ladles interchangeably by mistake...
