Very bad experience, the Room was nothing great, no lifts in the Property. Was given a room which was very depressing and had to walk Two Floors. Requested for a change, as being a Senior Citizen was just not possible to walk up and down. No one bothered to listen.

My Stay at Hilton Resort Goa, Candolim I recently enjoyed an incredible stay at the Hilton Resort Goa, Candolim and it did not disappoint! Located steps away from Candolim Beach, my ocean-view suite was incredibly spacious, stylish and spotless, with a private balcony — perfect for my morning coffee. The beachfront restaurant offered delicious, authentic Goan cuisine as well as global dishes, all whilst enjoying the sea breeze. I spent my afternoons lounging by the stunning infinity pool before indulging in a relaxing treatment at Hilton Spa. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond. With a fantastic gym, kids’ club and excellent concierge service it was the perfect getaway for my family. I would highly recommend it for a luxurious Goa vacation! I had an absolutely wonderful time at Hilton Goa Resort! The Portuguese-inspired architecture and lush tropical gardens immediately caught my eye upon arrival. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I spent most afternoons lounging by the expansive pool and enjoying the private beach access with stunning sunset views. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to my every need promptly. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—I loved the variety of international and authentic Goan dishes available. The resort's location was perfect; I could easily explore Candolim's restaurants and shops while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. I also treated myself to a rejuvenating spa session, which was fantastic. Overall, Hilton Goa offered me the perfect blend of luxury and authentic Goan hospitality!

excellent property excellent stay they take care of their guest in a fabulous way from the soul of there heart. at first I hv some issues but when management came to know they treated us very well and turn my stay into the most comfortable and caring stay of my life... food is good thanks tripti and not rembering the name of chefs all were good and passionate about there work thanks a lot must visit in future

Less than 3 ⭐ Hotel in Hospitality
Hilton property is good. Felt unbelief towards customers as Token amount was taken against F&B charges at the time of check in. No where we find such practice. F&B was average. No communication among inter departmental staff. Items which were complementary are charged in bill. If they were being professional, I too had to be. so I claimed my complementary items back, even after feeling awkward. Everyone's behaviour was we are staying in their hotel means they are doing us a favour. Somehow Mr Satish/Suresh, from Pune, serving at restaurant, taken care of us for arranging good food... Thanks to him. Even, ordinary Udupi hotel takes care more even they have to spend extra to satisfy customer needs. Hilton has to be more broad...

Truly amazing
Staying in Hilton was one of the best experience. Service was very good. Breakfast spread was big and nice... Overall service, staff, location and food all were very very nice.. no point of any negative comment.. Don’t go with any negative comment which other people have posted..

Average Stay
We recently had a long stay at the Hilton Resort, Candolim, to celebrate my birthday. Overall, the experience was average. While the property has potential, it did not appear to be well-maintained, and the service was not consistently up to the mark. That said, a few staff members truly stood out with their commendable hospitality—F&B Manager Surendra, Chef Akshay, Front Desk associates Aditya and Zodini, as well as Hotel Manager Wasim, all went above and beyond to make our stay better. The buffet spread was also impressive and offered a good variety. However, customer service in general left room for improvement, as attentiveness and consistency were missing in many instances.room for improvement. Guests are required to deposit a security amount at the reception, and we found the approach towards settling in-room dining bills to be rather impatient. In fact, we were even disturbed at midnight to clear a bill despite still having four days left in our stay, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, even basic service requests, such as asking for a simple item like Eno, turned into a challenge as the staff was unable to provide it.

“Absolutely Disappointed with Hilton Candolim”
“Worst Hilton Experience – Not Worth the Price” Booked Hilton Candolim expecting 5-star standards but it turned out to be the worst stay ever. Food was stale and always delayed by an hour, making it hard to give medicines to my sick child. Despite repeated requests, extra blankets took 2 hours. Shocking that a “Hilton” has no lift—our 2nd floor room made things worse for my child with fever. Floors stayed wet for hours, and to top it all, a dead lizard was left unattended in the room. Absolutely not worth the price or the brand name.

The property is excellent. Has a great view. One of the best ones in that area. It's also a lot bigger than Hyatt and Novotel. There's a Casino downstairs which makes it lucrative for people to stay and have a good time

Hi Stay with Hilton was absolutely fantastic. Right from the Room to the staff, they all were excellent. I would like to thank the Hilton staff for being service oriented and ensuring that me and families stay was the most comfortable. There breakfast spread was absolute amazing and the Chef plus staff were very helpful. I had my 2 year old son managed mostly by the Hilton staff as they were friendly and caring.
