Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre

We stayed at Hilton for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The dinner buffet had a wide variety of options, though the taste was fairly average — breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent. The hospitality truly stood out — top-notch service throughout, and we really appreciated the complimentary anniversary cake. The swimming pool was under maintenance, but the team arranged access to another 5-star property’s pool with free transport. We didn’t avail it, yet they offered us a late check-out and complimentary lunch instead — a very thoughtful gesture! Overall, a genuinely pleasant and memorable 5-star experience.
