Staying at the hilt-on was an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of service that truly made me feel valued as a guest. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a luxurious atmosphere that provided a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the plush bedding to the high-quality toiletries provided in the spacious bathroom. I especially appreciated the serene ambiance of the Hilton Mumbai International Airport, which allowed me to unwind and relax completely. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring that every meal was a memorable one. Additionally, the Hilton Mumbai International Airport’s location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions while still maintaining a peaceful and quiet environment. Overall, my stay at the hilt-on was not just good; it was a truly memorable experience that i would highly recommend to anyone seeking a top-notch Hilton Mumbai International Airport stay.

Our first impression of the Hilton Mumbai International Airport was not great as we were made to wait for an hour to check-in into our room and the reason was— that we reached early before the check-in time which was 3pm and even after requesting twice and telling them that we had a long journey and would really like to rest the front desk staff threw attitude on us bluntly said that the check-in was 3pm so we don’t have any room available when I could see them checking in other guests who came after us. After checking into the room I searched for the coffee machine which they claim to be a part of the amenities was not there, all they had was a standard electric kettle and Nescafé coffee packets. They also surprised us with an empty mini bar and zero snacks in the pantry. The last thing which really put me off was the lack of availability of hot water in the bath tub taps. Hilton really lacked on the basic stuff. Other than the location and vintage setting rooms this one really didn’t have a 5 star Hilton Mumbai International Airport charm.

This is not my first time. And not gonna be my last time in this Hilton Mumbai International Airport. The decor and the interiors mesmerises me every time come the “hilton” mumbai. Sincere and heartfelt thankyou to miss janvhi from the reception and mr gaurav. Manager on night duty on the 26 th march 2023. The reason for giving 4 stars to a 5 star property is that my experience with the restaurant department. Poor service / poor knowledge on the menu and the dishes served. To the point where i was served grated processed cheese with my pasta and was mentioned its parmesan cheese. Again general knowledge. And for the love of christ please do not serve tea or coffee to room service in a “milton” flask. In the name of keeping the tea hot tea is supposed to be served in a tea pot. Once again miss janhvi and mr gaurav thankyou for saving the day and making my staycation happy. Will come soon. Thankyou

Overall the experience was pleasant and comfortable all the deals and discounts as per given on the description were honored but there is one thing i would like to highlight is that, while booking my stay on make my trip i checked the room i booked for was a pool view, but when i checked into the Hilton Mumbai International Airport i was given a city view. To which i did mention so the staff said that's what we have at the moment. That was a little bit disappointing but apart from that everything was in place. If i had to rate my stay i will give it an 8/10. So if room view is a priority to you, please cross. Heck with the Hilton Mumbai International Airport. Inclusive were: 15% off on dinner and spa. (availed) breakfast included (availed) pool view (not availed) i will recommend hilt-on mumbai international airport for the stay.

Good: the interiors are classy victorian. But with all modern amenities in place. Tub was on the shorter side. Helpful staff. All our little requests were met with a smile. Smooth check in and check out process. Extensive breakfast spread and most things tasted great. Special compliments on their inhouse bread spread. Had a relaxed and rejuvenating spa experience! could be better: surrounded by other Hilton Mumbai International Airports and no view to speak of. The dinner was strictly average - only the fish dishes stood out. Did not find it worth what we paid for.

We had a great stay with our toddler at hilt-on mumbai international airport. It was also his birthday and right from the moment we entered he was greeted with chocolates and a soft toy and a cake was sent to our room. Really appreciate the staff for making sure he was made to feel special because we certainly did. The staff at the reception and even at the breakfast area were all so polite and nice to all the guests. We had a poolside view and the room was an absolute delight. Would definitely be looking forward to our next stay with them!

I had a wonderful stay. Every staff member i encountered, from the security guard to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! the rooms and amenities were great and well maintained. Shout-out to manish for going above and beyond to delivering us a surprise for our birthday celebration over at the Hilton Mumbai International Airport and the chefs & staff (roshan & akash) for accommodating our food allergy requests. Will definitely be visiting again and recommend the lovely stay to friends and family.

The hilt-on mumbai is an excellent experience; the staff is exceedingly friendly and always greets you with genuine smiles. The rooms and interiors have a charming old-world european luxury feel to them. The welcoming gift was a sweet touch! special thanks to the brasserie team for being helpful without being intrusive - akash, sneha, and rishabh, for making breakfast a treat! most importantly, the cuisine is fantastic, which is a refreshing difference from some of the other premium establishments i've visited in mumbai.

Had a great stay. Made sense for business travel if don’t have to go to south mumbai or navi mumbai. Good food. Courteous staff and amenities in the room. Was a luxurious stay.

The property is developed expertly and the interiors are done very well. The room and all facilities were amazing along with the staff being very welcoming.

The room was really good with the great ambient lights amd temperature set up the food was great, specially the service and the staff was really humble and polite. Staff people such as lahu the room service guy. At restaurant siddhesh kaif, pushpa, jayesh, prerna, poornanand.

I had a very pleasant stay. The Hilton Mumbai International Airport is beautiful and well-maintained. The restaurants all have fantastic food and drinks. But most important was the staff. All the waitstaff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They are the reason my stay was so enjoyable.
