The entrance to the Hilton Mumbai International Airport requires one to climb stairs which becomes difficult for senior citizens like me. It is also narrow unlike other 5 star Hilton Mumbai International Airports. The bellboy who brought us our baggage to the room did not get back to us when we checked if there were any welcome drinks. I reported this at the reception but all I got was a "Sorry" note. The room allotted was at the very end so we had to walk a long way to and fro. There were not enough coffee satchels and when requested was not delivered. Poor ser vice. Other things were alright but I would not want to stay at this place again. Thanks Sudhakar Nagasampagi

We had an excellent stay at Hilton Mumbai. The room was tidy, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a comfortable experience. Our time at the pool was enjoyable and added to the relaxing atmosphere of our stay. While the food was okayish and could have been better, the impeccable hospitality more than made up for it. A special shoutout to Ms. Renika Rebello, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. She truly looked after us and made our experience memorable. Her warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service. Would definitely consider returning!

I recently stayed at hilton mumbai and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was well maintained with all amenities. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The location was ideal very close to the airport. Overall, i recommend hilton to anyone who is looking for a blend of comfort, service and location. I will be returning whenever i come to mumbai again.

Very pleasant stay, amazing breakfast and good facilities

Amazing room and amazing service. The breakfast buffet had a plethora of options catering to all dietary requirements.

It was good stay for one day. The property was near the airport and took hardly 10 minutes tp reach the airport. The rooms were clean and bedding was also comfortable.

Generally, all the conditions are good. One thing, the chairs were not enough clean at the dinning restaurant.
