Very bad place for the money they charging and the surprise point was when I tried cancelling for the rest of the day. didn’t allow doin this. Very surprising and saddening point. I have always been a fan of this , but it’s now. I tried calling the customer care but they never picked and answered the call... Please try to maintain the service you been giving all this while...

The rooms are clean,the staff is extremely cooperative.The quality of stay is pretty decent and the people are very kind.

I didn’t get accommodation in booked hotel. They give me replacement in other hotel which was pathetic.

I’d rate my stay as average overall. The hotel’s location was fairly convenient for commuting, both the metro and local train stations were within walking distance, which made getting around the city easier. However, if you're looking for nearby tourist attractions, the location doesn’t offer much. Privacy-wise, the property did well. I had no issues there. On the downside, the amenities were quite underwhelming. In the name of toiletries, I was only provided with a small soap and towels, nothing beyond that. Hot water wasn’t available during my stay, and when I raised the issue, I was told it was due to monsoon-related faults, which didn’t feel like a proper explanation for a basic service. I didn’t end up ordering food from the hotel. The menu didn’t seem very appealing, so I chose to eat elsewhere. In short, if you're prioritizing basic privacy and convenient transport, the property does its job. But if you’re looking for comfort, amenities, or a good in-house dining experience, this place may disappoint.

Very small room with dirty best sheets.Washroom was also very poor.My experience was so bad v hv left vacant early morning due to foul smell.That property was non refundable also. In pic it was locking nice but actually in was very bad condition.That is not Hilton property it's fake.

Good to stay

It's great place under budget, location is nearby to airport, amenities can be improved though. Staff is helpful

- too small room even for a budget hotel - 1 staff particularly(one who seats at reception in the early morning) is not well behaved. He was too reluctant to provide me the breakfast and I had to call 4-5 times just to get bread and jam!! I still accepted it, but, I extended my stay for 3 hours and the first thing over call he told pay the money in advance - I mean you are not ready to serve, but you are up to ask for money? life seriously? Okay now let's look at the good part, room and washroom was clean and compact. other two staffs, one manager and another room boy was extremely good. 5 star to them

The rooms were neat and clean and staff is very courteous and well behaved. it was an excellent stay within budget.

location is quitely good because it's near to the both railway station and bus stand but the staff behaviour is not good and the rules of hotels is not same as per shown

No service, waste of Money, Tv is not working, wifi is not working, rooms are very bad, hotel staff is very rude, breakfast is scam

Entrance was very dirty. It was typical low budget lodge. By seeing that, we didnt check in. We booked other hotel stayed. It was non refundable booking for 2 days. We lost around 6k.

the property was not appropriate an this is not actually meant for stay for outsiders local people are using it like oyo and room service was terrible we have charges 1000 for breakfast and we have got only bread omellete and coffee.

Ac never work, changed the room also, same issue.had booked for 3 days, I had no option rather than staying forcefully. In Breakfast they will give 3 slice of tough bread and one omlet. Don't ever go on photos. This is not a hotel, these are 8x8 rooms on 4th floor of a building. Yes accessibility to Andheri Railway station is good. No value for money.
