Terrible Stay

Stay at Goswami Hotel was terrible. The behaviour of owner was very rude when I call on provided on booking ticket to send location of hotel he replied my son will call you back as we were very near to Jwalamukhi and no call for help was received I again called and the reply was rude why are you calling me again my son will contact you and I am at my Manali Hotel and do not call me again. Is this the way to deal the guest and why his Mob No was provided on ticket if he is in another hotel at Manali. Then my TAXI driver has to seek help of some friend of Jwalamukhi to reach the hotel. In the night at about 01 00 hour power supply failed and we have to remain even without a fan for more than forty minutes. After restoration of supply it again failed at about 02:20 on and on request the refused to start the genrator informing that power supply in area is failed from 10:00 Hrs is this the customer/guest fault that we have to remain without fan for three hours as genrator was again started on 05:00 Hrs. Now regarding bath room the Nalka of bath room was not working at all I have to take bath in the second room booked by me for my relative. The cleanlyness of both bath rooms was terrible. The last point is they are showing location of Hotel 0 KM from Jwalamukhi temple which is actually almost 2 KM from Hotel. Hence it is requested that they may be asked stirctly to mention exact distance. should remove this hotel from their cite as booking this type of hotel also bring bad namee This hotel qualified for some negative marks. 4 Hotel Home stay. Hotel Home stay is a neat and clean property. Staff is very co-oprativebe and haviour is is very good. Food served is of good quality and tasty. 1 For Hotel Goswami

familyThe himalayan home stay located in naddi village which is a perfectly peaceful location where you would be honored to get the respect from rajender ji and their family and cake taker from abhishek bhai. The room is fully spacious and this is perfect a home. They are 4 location which you can view by your self like view point, dal lake, church. The food is fully home made cook.
