    Himalayan Mud House .... A Silent place in Jari slightly away from the Hustle Bustle Crowded Commercialized Kasol ... takes you back to Roots with earthen feel... Tiny Rooms made with Mud.... walls & Flooring with spacious Attic & Amazing Sitout overseeing Snow clad mountains. Beautiful Verandah & Courtyard with Rustic charm are really nice for cozy holidays. Courteous Staff made our New year Celebration with Bonfire , sumptuous Barbeque & Fireworks memorable. Food is homely. Nearby Mateura village with Greek similarities is worth a walk around. Snowcapped Tosh, Greek descedents of Malana, Israeli roots of Kasol, Hot springs of Divine Manikaran & Sleeping village of Jari .... a root less travelled with free flowing Parbati river is worth visiting with a stay at Himalayan Mud House. Few things need to improve Approach Road to the Resort is muddy & steep accent for big vehicles Heaters in the room as temperatures were -4. hot water kettle to be provided. & Food options are limited. Overall it was a Great experience to stay at Mud House

    Himalayan Mud Resort in Mateura village is a hidden gem! I visited with a friend, and everything was perfect. The views were stunning, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was super helpful. We loved the local food they served—it was delicious! If you're looking for a peaceful escape near Kasol, this place is a must-visit. Can't wait to go back!

    It was a pleasant and typically traditional stay at Mud Nest. It is located less than 500 meters from the Jari main road and is easily accessible by vehicle. Situated midway up the mountain, it offers views of Malana mountain and other peaks. The food is hygienic, tasty, and freshly prepared. The staff are humble, polite, and supportive.
