Nightmare of an experience in this hotel. I had booked this hotel for my senior citizen mother and her friend from May 07 - 09. They did not have running water in the washroom - providing excuse that pump was not working. Each time water was required, my mother had to plead with the hotel staff to turn on the pump. They even kept the lift shut off, requiring senior citizens to climb up and down stairs. I had booked hotel for 2 nights, however my mother could not bear the experience and moved to a different hotel in Dharamshala Sharing this feedback for the benefit of other travellers who are looking to book this hotel

Love the experience, beautiful view from the cafe. And the host was very polite and responsive, the cafe manager was helpful as well.

Located very near to the bus stand , approx. 10 min walking distance and then we have a cozy cafe on the rooftop with music and good food. The staff is also polite and courteous. Also, the Skyway cable car is nearby.Property is clean and a must try.

Had worst experience. The hotel staff alleged us for robbing their set-top box which never existed before we lodged the room. The room is also not so great, and ruined a good start of a day.

Great property which is not far from the main dharamshala bus station (500m. The food in their rooftop cafe is also good especially the breakfast and indian cuisine. Prompt service and very polite staff. Bonus point - they have a couple of cute dogs who love head and belly rubs.

Service was pathetic, mattress was terrible. Room was stinking, tap was broken, bedsheet was dirty and what not. I had a perfect stay at naddi and was expecting same at this hotel(same budget. However, highly disappointed. Don't go to this hotel.

Clean rooms, beautiful sunset from the cafe, very polite staff. They provided early check in without asking.

My parents and i stayed there for two nights. Loved the place, has a cafe on top, extra washroom on all floors, provides bed for drivers too. People are amazing, specially depanshu madam, pun intended. He is an amazing boy. Super friendly and hardworking.

i had a wonderful stay at himalayan musafir. the receptionist is extremely helpful in nature. food was also good as they have their own cafe. overall good experience.🙏

The property is really clean and also affordable. The staff was particularly good and cooperative. Very humble behaviour. The rooftop cafe is really cozy and serves good food. Deepanshu, one of the staff was very nice to us. Definitely recommend this place.

1st of all the location they shows in the app and in actual it differ, the actual location is far situated, after entering the hotel there is no suitable parking space for car, room tv is not working dogs are walking the cafeteria food quality is just terrible they didn't pick my call while i tried to contact them, they serve me the unhygienic food too much expensive food compared to other location in the city

Stay at Himalayan musaafir was very pleasant and comfortable,staff was polite and active specially dipanshu ….roof top cafe was a bliss ….good economic hotel to stay in Dharamshala …good thing is it’s nearby bus stand so easily accessible …

Property was good but not at par with the price paid. Hygiene issues like dirty blankets and bedsheets were there. Food at the restaurant was good.

Hotel is newly built. Rooms are good. Parking facility is under construction. It's near to bus stand and far from main market on maclodganj road. There cafe is good. Although i didn't tried the food. Ate my dinner in main market. Rajindera vaishno dhaba. Superb food there. Overall average rating.

We just loved it! it's a very neat and clean guest house with decent rooms. You can stay there it's affordable. But the cafe upstairs is breathtaking! it's so creatively made. The food is at it's best! dipanshu sunny & the chef. Such nice people. We were just sitting upstairs only! do not miss the sunset view from there! please do visit here. The market area is near too. But you will love it. Really a good one.
