It was a great experience..food was tasty and service was excellent Vinod,Prateek,Tara nd Khusboo did great service throughout the stay.

Stay was good except the room's mattress. Food was okay! Staff is very good though.

The hotel was recommened by a friend and depite being too far from the visit place Neem karoli baba mandir, the journey was beautiful till the hotel, good location, best part was room was hygenic apart feom the under sink counters in bathroom which can be ignored keeping price point in the mind, food was very tasty and service was imppecable we requesed for the ginger tea and server provided utmost attention to all the tables, including us fresh poori and paratha, though the buffet should have more variety. overall it was a good experince at this price point. one more thing owners can do to add some signages atlesst in the 5 km radius to ensure late nihht travellers that they are on right track.

I already had been there in month of August, that time food was awesome but now I had terrible experience specially with food. Dinner was not good, and breakfast also was not good.

Beautiful location. Clean and cozy rooms with great Himalayan view. Himalayan view is from every location of the property, be it rooms, dining hall, activity room, or the lawns. Food is tasty and service good. It's worth a repeat stay

Only The location was the good part for staying in this hotel. It's too unhygienic to stay here and the bedsheets and the pillow and the floor Everything was so so so dirty, dusty and the food and the restaurant area have insects and the staff is also so casual and does not even consider the situation. Even the smart TV is not working there and my stay get bad after staying in this hotel, it's kind of like a Oyo. It's not the worth. four, and my experience was so.bad buffet breakfast was so normal only 3-4 options to eat

I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience staying at this hotel with my family. We had booked two rooms for one night, and unfortunately, the service and quality fell far below expectations. - Check-in Disaster: Despite prior reservations, we were made to wait over an hour for check-in—with no proper seating arrangements. It felt like we had to argue our way just to get access to the rooms, which otherwise might have been delayed by 2–3 hours more. - Poor Room Condition: The rooms were cramped, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. The bathrooms were dangerously slippery, and there was no cleaning done prior to our arrival. The air in the room felt stale and unpleasant. - Zero Hospitality: Basic amenities like dental kits, slippers, and towels were not provided proactively. We had to request them repeatedly—towels arrived only after about 10 follow-ups. The landline in one room didn’t work, neither did the TV or the electric kettle.  - Overpriced Dining: On top of the dismal service, the food prices were unreasonably high for the hotel’s standard. In summary, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. For the price we paid, the lack of service, cleanliness, and basic functionality was unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere—you deserve better for your money.

room- a very very below par when compared to the money paid for night. it's a room should not be more than 2.5 to 3 k/ night max. only thing that might be the usp is the view from the room, but that kinda view is but normal in many hotels in mukteshwar Location - pretty far away around 9 km from mukteshwar city centre and 10 to 15 kms from main mukteshwar tourist attraction points.....not conducive...best select hotels itself on mukteshwar hill rather in this place as it's far off. service- service is ok, could be much better.but really can't ask for better service considering the condition of the hotel. overall the behaviour of hotel staff was as expected, nothing special to mention seperately. food- average, this is the least you can expect for the price you pay. cost slightly on higher side but that might be the case in whole of mukteshwar. also menu options very very limited. room service time is ok. need to nudge a bit to make these guys work. one guy in food service was a bit impolite but when we identified the mistake others took care of it. Recommendation - if Himalayas are visible then location might be of some use or else not so very good. so it's your luck whether Himalayan peaks will be visible on the days of your stay or not. our case it was not and it was a boring stay....next time will consider some other options. huge need to take care of the rooms and for the price the rooms were below below par.

Hotel location is not excessable.. No parking at and near by also. Room is totally different as shown in picture.. roof Height of room is just 8 feet. Cleaning and room conditions are very bad.... After approaching to change the room they are denying and said no room is available.....

Stay was good, food can be improved and WiFi was bad. Bathrooms should have a separate shower cabinet so that water doesn't spill on other areas. Overall it was a decent and pleasant experience.

Definitely not worth the price..kitchen services were not good at all.. delay no information on item not being available. Do not order anything except indian food, taste was poor, staff kept on saying there is onely one chef, less of staff etc.. Does not match the picture posted.. bedsheet was torn, washroon tap broken.. overall very average stay and very costly considering the facilities

Very Good Stay as well as Food and servicing Prateek and Vinod. Best spot for early morning Mukteshwar Peak view from window.
