I booked a single air-cooler room at “Heesham Rooms” through MakeMyTrip based on proper brick-room photos. But on arrival, they gave me a terrace hut made of metal sheets and cardboard like a tent — extremely hot and nothing like the pictures. The owner was rude and refused to change or refund. I contacted MakeMyTrip twice, and their customer service was pathetic — long hold, repeated explanations, and instead of helping me, they first believed the property owner without checking the listing. Only later they realized no such room image even existed. They finally shifted me to an AC room, but that too was dirty: unclean bed, non-working TV, unhygienic bathroom. I was exhausted after an hour of back and forth. MakeMyTrip must verify properties and train their customer service to actually support customers. I strongly do NOT recommend Hisham rooms to anyone. Worst booking experience.

The room is not worth the amount. It's made of cardboard. No hot water. No dustbin, no bedsheets, bed is not clean, bathroom is not clean, no toiletries provided. Glass windows covered with bedsheets. Pillows are dirty.

Rooms are not at all clean and it was smelling like anything. I reminded them 2hours before the checkin time, still they did not clean the room. looks like from a month they did not sweep the room. bathrooms are not clean and very small one it is. if you stand in bathroom your head will touch the roof. I thought of not to checkin post seeing the rooms but there was no refund option and it was midnight so just checked in. I recommend MMT to remove this from your list

The property owner cheated by showing wrong images of the room option, the non ac rooms are actually sheds. I didn’t stay there and my suugesstion to those who are devotes don’t stay there. Please try refund amount. The owner of the property not using actual images.

No care taker, drinking water is not given

I had a terrible experience during my hotel stay. I had booked three AC rooms, but it turned out to be a nightmare. All the rooms were stinking, the building looked awful, and there was seepage from the ceiling. The mattresses had a foul odor, the bathrooms were filthy, and the overall condition of the rooms was appalling—barely worth ₹200. Additionally, the hotel structure and foyer were poorly maintained, and the staff provided water bottles that were clearly refilled instead of sealed, new ones, while still asking for payment. I’ve attached pictures for reference.

A little out of town but in a safe residential area. Spacious rooms. Good service. Have to park in street but it's safe.

The home stay was located inside a small road. The rooms were a bit outdated. The bathrooms were very bad and in need of renovation. The bed was shaking a lot while sleeping on it. There was a lot of dust in the room. There's a gyser in the room for hot water, which was very good.

Good care taker. Neat room. Affordable price. Location easily. Heater also available.
