Good hospitality, clean rooms. Free breakfast, good food for lunch and dinner at reasonable price ( need to order early) neighborhood supermarket, groceries, Hisham Residency | Rooms in an Apartment, pharmacy everything walkable. Greenery views around the building. Good place for family trips. Extra mattress we can get at extra cost of 300 if needed

The room was very neat and clean. It even had a office type room which was excellent for this price. This room was recommended by my friend who also liked this Hisham Residency | Rooms in an Apartment very much. Will prefer people traveling to ernakulam to stay here if u guys are looking for an affordable, good and safe rooms to stay.

a good stay for single or solo travelers. it is a little off the city but easily reachable by cabs services, deliver guys etc. the sound proofing of the rooms could be done a little better as i could hear music from other rooms quite loud enough.

Rooms were clean and spacious. AC, heater, TV, fridge, plug points all worked fine. However there were no latches for kitchen, bathroom or main door on the outside. Since the windows were swipe types with no grills, it was bit scary in the night.

The property is some away from the town that was nice. But a problem is that to reach. Very good rooms and wash rooms, it was very clean. Staffs and all are very good. The break fast was very good. One thing to say that pleas provide bed coffee.

I had a very good stay from his-ham residency. The staff named ajeesh was very polite and kind. We got complementary breakfast and that was so good. I will recommend this residency to my friends traveling to ernakulam

Staff is having good behaviour and breakfast is provided which is nice. Parking facility is also provided. Wifi is having little problem which is getting slow sometimes. Rooms are actually worth of the money.

Overall it was good. Breakfast food was tasty. But timing was not flexible.
Overall it was a good stay. Since our stay was for an exam purpose, we did not try all amenities. Didn't get hot water.

Good stay. Spacious room. The only drawback is that the room is available on the ground floor. Rest all are apartments.

The location of the property is very nice even though its a little away from the centre. The place and staff was very hygienic and also good in terms of safety.
