Very neat old building… good suit room… very spacious… basic breakfast but very nice we all loved…swimming pool very deep pls be careful with children as there is no kids pool… very good location just near the beach and parking offered… food and beverages served until 1 am… spacious and wonderful balcony… good and polite staff…

Property is nice and spacious...I stayed in family suite which had a king bed and a single bed. There was a living room, bedroom, bathroom and a spacious balcony. It is very close to candolim beach. 10/10 for location. It has parking available for 2 & 4 wheelers. Cleanliness could be improved. But its a good deal at this price.

I had stay in Holiday beach resort. Nice place with old aviation. Clam and good place. Old resort but best in economy. All the staffs r gud and humble. They didn't hesitate for whatever we asked. So friendly

Amazing location, 2 minutes away from the awesome beach and 3 minutes away from the best of the Goa restaurants. Loved the food at hotel too. Very courteous and understanding staff. Super experience.

Perfect budget-friendly resort near the Candolim beach..... The room were luxurious and the staff was courte....Pool area relaxing aur food delicious hai . Must -visit for a serene vacation....

Location is excellent. Coming from the usa the rooms are quite poor, but for indian standards i understand they’re good. The bed was good and the ac ran well. Hot and cold water on demand. Apart from that the bathroom paint was falling apart and wifi was extremely spotty, furniture was old and the tv wouldn’t connect. However i would stay here again due to the proximity to the beach and the fact that everything important worked. The staff were kind. But did fleece me on a half day rate. The location is 15/10 however.
