Holiday Beach Resorts, Mandarmani

We booked for 2 nights. We got the new rooms in the ground floor. Property is in good location but it is not in-front of the beach. Its just 2 mins walking distance from the beach. Service is not upto the mark. No kettle and mini bar available in the room. Room is not cleaned everyday. No complimentary water bottles provided each day. They have a swimming pool which you can use and spend some time. There is no proper play area for kids.

It was a nice stay with family in this place. Service staffs were so nice and their gestures towards guests are so welcoming. Food can be availed at your cost. As it’s near to sea shore may be 1 min walk distance, can easily go to beach and enjoy it any time. If you are with minimum number of people then food option might be lesser as you need to pick from common items. Otherwise they can cook too according to your order

The stay was quite comfortable. Positives: king size rooms, near to sea beach, value for money. Spacious parking, housekeeping, staff is very active and responsive. Quality of food is vey nice. We met with a family emergency and the staff managed to book us a cab back to kolkata immedietly. Negatives : no intercom, less staff.

Hotel staying was good. Sea beech location was also not far enough. It was hardly 1 m ahead, but was too far from the kanthi railway station. Staff also were good and provided food at the right time. But morning breakfast the food was not quite satisfactory, as the puri served was not fried properly.

The Holiday Beach Resorts, Mandarmani was good. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is also good. The service of the staff is very good. Overall it was a great experience except the food over there. The food tasted ok not so good or bad.

Loved the property. The staffs were friendly and always at service. The food was really delicious. 1 min walking distance from beach, the beach can be viewed from your verandah as well overall a good stay and highly recommended.

It was a very pleasant stay. Very near to the beach but this is not a sea facing resort with all the basic amenities. The service is also quite good. Clean & cozy rooms. Overall a nice experience.

Location us very good. Very near to the beach. Food was good. Waiters were well behaved. Had relaxing stay cation.

It was very good. But only geyser problem in room 203(spent 2days without hot water. Otherwise it's a very good behaviour by the staff.
