Terrible Stay

It was a very bad experience indeed. A group of travellers numbering around 12 or more (probably), who also booked room in the same hotel, continued screaming throughout the 2 days, without caring for other travellers, resulting in extreme disturbance. Even during the midnight and upto 4 AM they continued the said nuisance. The hotel CCTV footage will prove it. Unfortunately the hotel authority did not take any action. We had have a bitter experience in this hotel.

The hotel is nice the swimming pool also very clean. The staff were very helpful and cordial. The food served in the restaurant also very tasty. Since construction work was going on in the room next to ours there was some disturbance but not that bothersome. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The stay was horrible. Tap not working and water is dropping from AC in floor. Some construction work is going and sound is annoying all the time. overall horrible experience

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Upon arrival, I noticed the bedsheet in my room was already torn. I didn’t think much of it at the time, assuming it was a mistake that would be addressed during housekeeping. To my surprise, after checking out, I was charged for "damaging" the bedsheet—something I absolutely did not do. I immediately contacted the resort to dispute the charge, but they were unhelpful and insisted the damage occurred during my stay. There was no attempt to listen or investigate properly, and no photographic evidence was provided from before my check-in to prove their claim. This kind of dishonest practice is unacceptable, especially from a resort that claims to offer high-quality service. It’s disappointing to be treated this way as a paying guest. I expected integrity and better customer service. I won’t be returning, and I strongly urge future guests to thoroughly inspect their room upon arrival and document any existing damage to protect themselves.
