We stayed here for 4 days in Luxury room with balcony. View from the balcony is breathtaking. We had hot water whole day in the room. Lunch and dinner food at a la carte is tasty but costly. Beds have heaters, centralised heaters are not there so we asked for portable heater which was needed bcz it was raining whole day with minus temperatures. Breakfast is okay. Only one thing to remember here is that Holiday Heights & Spa Manali is at great height so we need to have vehicle to go down and up to Holiday Heights & Spa Manali for 2.5kms. There was no welcome drink as it is mentioned but overall a very good stay. We enjoyed a lot. Thank you Holiday heights 🙌🏻

No need to think twice to book this Holiday Heights & Spa Manali. Our family stay was amazing and an unforgettable experience. The view from the rooms is beyond imagination. The Holiday Heights & Spa Manali staff is very helpful. The food is pretty good. They provided bed warmers which were a simple and effective method of protecting yourself from cold. The location is probably a little further than the center of the city, but one would not think twice about it considering the view from the rooms. All in all it was a pleasant and relaxed 3 day stay and i really want to thank holiday heights & spa manali for this mesmerizing experience

I must congratulate the owner and staff for setting high standards of hospitality. I’ll highlight few of them: 1) We received a contact from Holiday Heights & Spa Manali to communicate along with GPS location to find Holiday Heights & Spa Manali on day of travel. 2) Hotel Staff called us around 6:00 pm to check when we will be reaching. 3) Check-in and Parking experience was good. 4) Rooms were high enough with the majestic view of mountains. 5) The Food was amazing and management of *Neetu Verma* @ dining hall was terrific. Overall, I will recommend this Holiday Heights & Spa Manali to anyone visiting Manali 😊

We stay there for 2 nights..views are awesome..whether is good at balcony..we take breakfast and dinner inclusion it’s worth taking..behaviour of staff is good and cooperative..room service is perfect and fast..in past every time we stay at 5 star Holiday Heights & Spa Manali…but this Holiday Heights & Spa Manali has service up to that level also.only safety measure is park your vehicle at Holiday Heights & Spa Manali parking and take local auto car or rental bike for travel, because Holiday Heights & Spa Manali is at hight and every time it’s difficult to go by own vehicle.

Room has nice view. There was water leakage in the room which made it negative. Food taste was good but mostly repeated menu every day. Looks like lot of cost cutting in food. No food item which kids can like. They should provide free pick up and drop at some nearest point as it is located in the interior area. This Holiday Heights & Spa Manali is only good for those who travel by their own vehicle otherwise you would be spending too much on cab. They should also provide some kind of stay for drivers as it's difficult to stay in car in cold weather.

It was nice experience. The property is located at very height and mountain view from the rooms is just awesome. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was also good. Overall experience was amazing here.

Nice stay. We felt the room rent was costlier, given the size of the room, especially the balcony. The place is a little away from the city, but it's worth the view.

My family 4 nights stay was enjoyable and this Holiday Heights & Spa Manali is situated at hill top and from the room private balcony which offers excellent birds eye view of manali city, beas river and the surrounding snow clad mountains. The food was tasty and with variety. The Holiday Heights & Spa Manali management was courteous to shift the stay booking dates as we got stuck at mid way due to road blockage and landslides.

The great thing about this Holiday Heights & Spa Manali is its location, staff is very active, food quality is super, i dont think so if we could find all in one. I stayed here with my parents and kids. Everyone was so happy with their service. Would like to recommend everyone, even me too planning to stay here only for my next stay.

The road to the property is in bad condition. However the ambience within the resort is fabulous. Food and service is terrific. Reception staff were very helpful. Room is excellent. Mountain view was breathtaking.

Nice view from balcony. Peaceful ambience. Parking facility for two wheeler was not provided. Only four wheelers was allowed to park in there compound. Two wheeler vehicles were asked to park on roadside without any security.

We booked valley view luxury rooms. It had beautiful view of valley. Food was good, loved the hospitality. They provided bed heater complimentary. Room was clean and neat. They have game zone as well. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff is well trained. And all of above is getting in good budget. Would love to visit again.
