Holiday Hill Hotel and Suites

The hotel is nothing less than construction site. Workers are carrying cement and sand through the steps customers use. The staircase is full of filth. The lift doesn’t work fine. The front desk told me that they had informed MMT to remove the booking slots since the renovation happening but since they didn’t do it, customers are coming in and they are accommodating. The room was covered in dust, and the flush tank and the health facets wasn’t working. And so there was no hot water. The TB was obviously not working neither the Internet / WiFi. The bed-sheet was a filthy cloth that created some rashes all over the body. No breakfast provided even though the package included it. Had to checkout after one night even though I had 2 nights booking. I have the full video recording of everything stated above and it he conversation I had with the front desk while checking out.

The stay was really not Upto the mark. I booked the room with breakfast, and due to renovation of the restaurant, they didnt provide any breakfast or discount in the bill. Really u satisfied

It was a terrible experience staying in this property. Very dirty and dusty. The intercom not working. Can't open the door from inside got call them using mobile phone to open the door. Bad attitude attitude. Very noisy by the next-door cause by bad wall insulation. Enable to sleep. Totally unpleasant stay. Please avoid the property.

The room was not hygienic. Bathroom fittings were broken and food was bad. The staff was courteous and the room was big enough. Only if they maintain the cleanliness it would be a much better place to stay

Good stay, parking available, nice restaurant, room was big and clean. Still needs some maintenance for toilet, flush was not working, hopefully they will rectify it for the next guest.

The hotel was average and bathrooms were very poor and unclean. It's very bad experience we suffered

Wifi is not good. No mobile signal we depended in wifi which is also not working. Ac size is small for big rooms

Had a very pleasant stay. The owner and front office were super friendly. We as a couple never had any issue.

Best hotelin kattikulam. Easily accessable. Good service. Staffs were nice. Food was good as well

When i entered hotel there was bad smell. Walls were damaged due to water flow. Toilets were not hygiene as it was basic. Hotel has allocated room since we all ready made payment. No option of change of room also ever after doing complaint.

The room and bathroom require an uplift. Taps were not functioning properly. The phone charging points needs attention.The room service for food- restaurant did not have most of the items as simple as onion pakoda. The experience was not great. 😕

Premium hotel & friendly staff. Location is also great. The door of the washroom of the room i stayed in had height clearance of below 6 feet. Bumped my head 2 times.

I had a horrible experience from this hotel, the room was untidy first of all, the bedsheets were not cleaned since a year it looked, and the staffs were unprofessional, one of the staffs called me after checkout and asked me about the water in room, which was normal when we use footwear in the bathroom, he asked as if i have visited his house, terrible terrible experience, never suggest anyone this hotel

It’s very far from most of the sightseeing places. Book in kalpetta if u want to go for sightseeing. Hotel is good for chill and relax. Food is ok. Rooms are fine. Hot water is a problem when hotel is at max capacity.

Extremely unclean rooms. Water leakage. Insects. Very poor attention given to basic maintenance of the rooms.

prime location,decent rooms with all basic amenities,free WiFi, restaurant food is also good , ample parking.

Spacious rooms with all fecility and great hospitality. Neat and clean rooms with chilling ac and very good restaurant.

The rooms were near and organised. But we faced issues with ac and fan and was solved later. Also we had issues with clean water in the bathroom. When complained they said this is happening only in our room which doesnt give us a solution. Also the attitude of the room boy us not at all acceptable, though we dint complain about it personally to them

Everything is ok and fine only problem is airtel network no signal no connection and poor wifi. Staffs are so nice with behaviour
